    Specialist Finance Data Analyst

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Sourcing information and liaising with the shop floor
    • Consolidation and analysis of information
    • Updating of Group Code and Cost Centre master data to ensure relevance and accuracy of reports.
    • Ensure the correct systems are used to report and maintain data.
    • Provide training to shop floor on systems usage.
    • Maintenance of Power BI, Shop Floor Management System, and other relevant reporting systems.
    • Trouble shooting and problem solving of systems issues.
    • Design and issuing of templates for labour forecasting and budgeting.
    • Updating of labour forecast/budget parameters
    • To drive project planning, project execution, project monitoring and controlling, project closing
    • Maintain relationships with shop floor
    • Attend plant meetings and provide guidance to shop floor staff and management
    • Design and implementation of systems and processes to support labour related activities e.g. Power BI, SFMS and PEFF
    • Requirement to support PI and plant as and when needed

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • NQF6 (360 Credits) in Project Management / Business Analysis or Data Analysis / Finance
    • Project management experience in a manufacturing environment (Minimum of 3-5 years)
    • Advanced computer literacy (MS Excel and Power BI mandatory)
    • Data Analysis
    • Project management experience
    • Good business acumen
    • Able to demonstrate good self-management & negotiation skills
    • Able to demonstrate strong communication & Presentation skills
    • Familiarity with Toyota processes and operations
    • Manufacturing experience within a large corporate
    • Previous experience with SAP

    Assistant Manager Finance Govt Rebates

    Purpose

    This position will fulfill the necessary requirements within the Duty Rebates team in Finance to meet objectives with regards to the controlling and managing of Export Vehicles and Components PI claims, as well as management support for the APDP and reporting thereof.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Accurate and timeous preparation, submission and control of export vehicles, catalytic converters and P&A PRC claims
    • PI budget for export vehicles and catalytic converters
    • Monthly forecast and cashflow support
    • Variance analysis on monthly accruals against budget
    • Consolidation of export vehicles and catalytic converts documentation for the monthly accruals and follow-up on outstanding documentation
    • Monthly KPI’s reporting to management
    • Ensure export vehicles and components production rebate accruals are prepared and the relevant SAP journals and recons are accurate and completed timely
    • Kaizen of the PRC processes and systems to improve and simplify current methods
    • Maintain clean audits and ensure compliance to rules governing the APDP
    • Effective and efficient document management and filing in line with business, SOX, ISO, ITAC and SARS requirements.
    • Communication with external stakeholders
    • Assist the team with ad hoc activities

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • NQF 5 (240 credits) BCom or equivalent finance degree
    • Must have experience in dealing with customers in a manufacturing environment
    • 1-2 years APDP experience is essential
    • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office and SAP - mandatory)
    • Above average attention to detail
