Your areas of responsibility:

• Prepare local supplier reconciliations.
• Prepare payment run in SAP system.
• Ensure timeously payment of suppliers.
• Resolving reconciliation queries with Warehouse / Procurement for price and quantity discrepancies.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Minimum requirement- Diploma in Accounting.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk. 
• SAP experience advantageous.

• Ensuring correct and in time planning, picking and checking of all finished goods.
• Ensuring the Health & Safety including quality processes and procedure are followed.
• Responsible for daily cycle counts stock rotation and inventory controls are maintained.
• Ensure the updating of transfers from and to the plant as well as branches and the filling of all related paperwork.  

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Minimum National Senior Certificate.
• 5 Years' warehouse experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office – experience with SAP an advantage.

• Do fault finding on all relevant lubrication system and/or equipment.
• Repair all relevant lubrication system machinery and/or equipment. 
• The development of good customer relations and service.
