    Marketing Account Manager

    Job description

    • Calling all world-beaters! We’re looking for an innovative and organised individual to drive the execution of Legacy Lifestyle’s marketing strategy.

    Primary Objective:

    • Execute on the Legacy Lifestyle marketing strategy, and manage a team of superstars to achieve our marketing goals.

    Job Tasks:

    • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute the marketing strategy
    • Meet agreed upon KPI’s by driving the marketing team to achieve pre-set targets
    • Help achieve sustained transactional growth within the Legacy Lifestyle rewards network
    • Help achieve member acquisition and retention by managing the member journey
    • Responsible for the Legacy Lifestyle marketing spend-to-revenue model
    • Responsible for the results of all Legacy Lifestyle marketing channels
    • Drive positive returns through agile marketing channel optimisations
    • Ensure marketing SLA tasks are met for Legacy Lifestyle and its brand partners
    • Research, and oversee development of new and innovative marketing channels
    • Manage the design and production team to achieve the company’s content goals
    • Track and monitor attributed business results, and present to senior individuals
    • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to fulfil the annual marketing budget
    • Manage a team of 10 marketing champions
    • Measure and optimise automated communication workflows to drive behaviour

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a similar field
    • University degree, preferably in marketing or operations
    • Extensive knowledge of marketing industry and digital marketing channels
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to take initiative, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    Preferences:

    • Retail marketing experience out of a centralised environment
    • Adobe Marketing Suite experience
    • Microsoft CRM experience
    • Experience with using artificial intelligence to drive marketing decision-making
    • MBA highly beneficial

    Graphic Design - Traffic Controller

    Job description

    • You shall not pass! We’re in need of somebody with the gumption of Gandalf and the organisation of Ursus Wehrli (Google him), to manage the traffic to and from our marketing services production department.

    Primary Objective:

    • Ensure that all design and production is allocated correctly, and is completed according to pre-set service level agreements with our clients.

    Job Tasks:

    • Responsible for the delivery of client retainers for the design & production department
    • Manage the design & production team through the use of key project management tools
    • Interact with clients to communicate deadlines and changes
    • Manage the intake and rejection of client production briefs
    • Conceptualise, implement, and maintain efficient design & production policies
    • Generate and analyse monthly production reports across all clients
    • Conceptualise and communicate efficiency enhancements to drive increased revenue
    • Present monthly reports to Marketing Managers
    • Responsible for revenue and time tracking
    • Manage the print & production process from quote to delivery
    • Manage the print supplier network
    • Create a centralised print and production system for the Legacy Group
    • Meet all pre-agreed KPI’s

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 4 years’ working experience in a similar field
    • Extensive knowledge of the design and production industry
    • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, organise and collaborate
    • Excellent people management skills
    • Proven problem-solving ability

    Preferences:

    • Experience with project management tools
    • Experience with managing system development teams

    Social Media Revenue Manager

    Job description

    Life’s about give and take right? If you’re obsessed with finding the perfect recipe for turning ad spend into revenue, then you’ll get along with us just fine. We’re looking for someone with proven success in generating revenue through social media.

    Primary Objective:

    Ensure that our social media department runs a positive spend-to-revenue model for all clients in our marketing services portfolio.

    Job Tasks:

    • Responsible for all client spend-to-revenue models
    • Oversee the general social media revenue strategies and campaigns
    • Manage the social media paid ad budget to achieve optimum revenue results
    • Meet pre-agreed revenue KPI’s by activating agile channel optimisations
    • Generate and analyse revenue reports across all clients
    • Present monthly reports to Marketing Managers
    • Optimise client content according to reports, to generate maximum revenue
    • Work closely with team to create content that drives conversions
    • Work with Facebook directly to optimise content and drive revenue
    • Work with external consultants to optimise our social media revenue plan
    • Align various revenue strategies based on client and industry

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 4 years’ working experience in a social media revenue management
    • University degree, preferably in digital marketing
    • Extensive knowledge of the social media industry
    • Proven success with paid media spend

    Preferences:

    • Experience with Hootesuite social, or similar social management tool
    • Experience with social reporting technology
