    Receptionist (Medicross)

    ROLE SUMMARY

    • Ensure real time switching occurs and action rejections immediately
    • Accurate and immediate processing of MCR’s before the patient leaves.
    • Ensure that both, practitioner and patient have signed MCR’s.
    • Ensure correct ICD -10 codes are captured.
    • Ensure correct stock items are selected when billing
    • Sign the MCR as evidence of processing.

    Human Resources Officer

    ROLE SUMMARY

    • The Human Resources Officer is required to perform a full generalist human resources function, which includes industrial relations, recruitment and selection, training, counselling and the supervision of administration processes. The incumbent will further supervise staff, to meet tight deadlines, to be accurate, to follow policies and procedures and interact with members of the staff, management, external companies and agencies associated with Netcare as well as members of the public.

    Job Summary

    • The Professional Nurse/Clinical Nurse is a professional who remains responsible for the assessment, planning and implementation of individualised, holistic and person centered nursing care of a patient, their families or the community, either performed directly or indirectly.

    Enrolled Nurse - Theatre

    • The Enrolled Nurse will be responsible for the wellbeing of the patient intra operatively, assessment of the patient to ensure delivery of high-quality care to patients whilst in theatre.
    • The Enrolled Nurse will be responsible for the preparation and checking of the Anaesthetic Equipment. Collection and control of scheduled medication. Ensure doctor’s preferences when preparing for the anaesthetist, under the direct supervision of the Registered Scrub Nurse.
