The Role

• Looking for a candidate who will focus on assuring the quality of mobile apps and related technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehend systems engineering concepts.
• Define and implement a test plan on multiple concurrent features.
• Preparation of test reports during test execution.
• Coordinate test data creation 
• Organise, plan and support test case creation and adaption.
• Assist with test automation design.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT
• 2+ years’ experience in testing mobile apps
• Knowledge of SQL
• Good understanding of mobile operating systems
• Exposure to API testing & Context Driven Testing (Advantageous)

About

• My client is looking for someone to join a team responsible for developing new solutions and supporting the existing systems in a challenging and active environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Write technical specifications and develop new functionality 
• Participate in design and planning sessions.
• Understand how existing systems work, how they fit into the overall architecture
• Analyse issues reported by users and track down their cause through debugging techniques 
• Testing and deployment of code changes.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, business science etc.
• 3+ years’ experience in systems design and coding in  .Net, .Net Core, C#, C++, Java or JavaScript.
• Proficiency in a database technology such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes and testing.

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

• Microservices.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Message queueing technologies (e.g. RabbitMQ).
• Event driven architecture.
• Cloud (preferably AWS).
