    Professional Nurse Occupational Health

    Job Description:
    Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    • Participate in the formulation of an annual calendar that outlines key activities for the year in relation to execution of broader medical and nursing plans.
    • Create a quarterly and monthly plan for key nursing activities that contribute to the achievement of the annual plan.
    • Monitor daily planning of activities and tasks to ensure timeous completion of tasks ahead of deadlines.
    • Formulate a duty roster/ schedule and allocate staff to various stations in line with the leave schedule.
    • Conduct medical examinations and fitness assessments based on parameters as stipulated in the COP on Minimum Standards of Fitness to Perform Work on a Mine and the COP on Medical Surveillance;
    • Refer health conditions requiring further intervention and that impacts on fitness for duty status to the relevant specialist; and on return determine fitness to work in discussion with the OMP.
    • Refer conditions which are non-occupational to the relevant Health Care Worker for further management.
    • Assists in health risk management, i.e. gathering health and hazard data, and uses the data to prevent injury and illnesses.
    • Assists in workplace examinations, in conjunction with other occupational health practitioners, i.e. Section 12.1 Appointee.
    • Assists in follow-up of fitness to work of employees with chronic diseases, as requested by the OMP from time-to-time.
    • Engages in health promotion programs to encourage workers to take responsibility for their own health.
    • Renders emergency care services where applicable
    • Advises the employer on legal and regulatory compliance on occupational medicine and health issues where applicable.

    • Provide a report and assist on all injuries on duty and occupational diseases.
    • Conduct exit medicals to detect and exclude possible occupational diseases related to occupational exposure.

    Tax Transformation Specialist- 18 month Fixed Term Contract

    Job Description:

    • The Tax Technology & Transformation Specialist will support the delivery of a critical Group Tax initiative to ensure Anglo American is ready to meet its Tax Compliance and Reporting obligations under the recently introduced Global Minimum Tax regime known as “Pillar 2”.
    • In this global role, the Tax Technology & Transformation Specialist will manage the first implementation of Group Tax’s Global Pillar 2 Compliance and Reporting processes, technology and data mapping solution for our Singapore-based entities in readiness for meeting our Pillar 2 compliance obligations. 

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Work with the Pillar project leadership to define and manage against a plan of work to deliver Pillar 2 data, process and technology solutions to Singapore.
    • Working alongside the Pillar 2 SME to continually monitor and interpret the Pillar 2 model rules and translate into up to date source data requirements that are applicable for Anglo American in Singapore.
    • Working collaboratively with the business Finance and Tax teams to ensure data requirements are understood, gather a complete set of Pillar 2 data mappings from finance source systems (primarily SAP), lead reconciliations to test and validate data mappings, and identify any source data gaps and required remediations.
    • Partner with Finance and Global/Local IM teams to design fit for purpose finance system (SAP) enhancements, process remediations (ITP, ITC and RTR) and data remediations in line with the Anglo American group data standards to address any source data gaps identified, and ensure the required changes are effectively implemented, tested, delivered and signed-off by the business.
    • Work alongside IM and Finance teams to ensure the successful first deployment of the Global Tax Compliance & Reporting solution to Singapore, ensuring data mappings are correctly implemented, tested and signed off and provide the necessary outputs to feed downstream Pillar 2 Compliance and Reporting processes
    • Work with, and sometimes manage, related internal and third party supplier team(s) to deliver the required outcomes.
    • Provide regular updates to the Pillar 2 project leadership, the Tax Technology Lead, AsiaPac Tax Operations Principal and Tax Reporting Principal, escalating challenges where required.
    • Liaise with Group and Business Finance teams, Tax teams, Finance Operations and IM teams to define detailed requirements, complete the process and technology design and deliver the outcomes required.
    • Provide updates as required to the Steering Committee and the Tax Leadership Team.
    • Engage with related tax transformation workstream leads to identify dependencies and opportunities for alignment.

    Qualifications:

    • A strong knowledge of international Tax Compliance and Reporting processes, principles and deliverables, with preferably some experience of Pillar 2
    • Knowledge of tax and finance technologies, including SAP, systems of tax reporting, tax compliance and analytics
    • Functional experience of Tax transformation, and working knowledge of the Global Finance Taxonomy (particularly RTR, ITP and ITC)
    • Prior experience in design and development of Finance process taxonomies, including hands-on experience of business process design
    • Prior experience of managing key deliverables in a technology enabled transformational change project, with significant Finance and ERP (SAP) components.

    Supply Chain Resource Coordinator

    Job Description:
    Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    • Determine promised supply dates and validating that supply dates will meet the Required Dates for Tasks.
    • Collate materials and tools for each work package and Task.
    • Arrange delivery of materials, tools and services to the specified workplace prior to the scheduled start time for each Task.

    Operational Risk Officer

    Job Description:

    • Plan, implement and coordinate the implementation of ORM to all aspects of the operational risk profile.
