    Commercial Project Co-Ordinator - Muizenberg

    Key Functional Areas:

    • Acquire an in-depth understanding of our products, capabilities, and capacity together with the needs and requirements of our customers to align these optimally and build a prosperous business relationship.
    • Market and Trends Research as well as Category Analysis.
    • Compilation of Category Reviews per division per key customer.
    • Cross division and departmental liaison.
    • Manage support functions to ensure customer needs are met (e.g., NPD, Procurement, QA, Operations)
    • Execute a thorough and consistent communication plan both internally & externally, strengthening and building a great customer relationship through efficiency, trust, reliability, and mutual respect.
    • Instrumental role in building on the catalogue of existing customer base.
    • Support all tasks aimed at Business development.
    • Maintain margin by monitoring of costs and pricing, together with Cost accountants.
    • Assist in developing and implementing sales and customer growth plans, strategies, and action plans.
    • Work internally with supply chain/operations to ensure optimum stock availability.

    Required Prior Learning/Experience:

    • Degree in Sales/Marketing, Consumer Science or similar.
    • 2-3 years relevant work experience.
    • A maximum of 5 years’ experience in an FMCG environment.

    Senior Management Accountant - Westlake

    Key Functional Duties:

    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and comprehensive financial plans.
    • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
    • Implement and maintain financial models to assess and project the company's financial performance.

    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial implications of proposed projects and investments.

    Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the entity, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Assist in streamlining entity processes and systems to support evolving business needs.

    Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and mentor junior finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Provide training and professional development opportunities to ensure the team's continuous growth.

    Required Prior Learning/ Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • CIMA qualified.
    • 5+ years proven experience in a similar role.
