    Rotables Material Controller

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensuring that all goods and materials received are accurate, complete and valid.
    • Ensuring that goods and materials conform to the specifications of orders and are of an acceptable quality.
    • Ensuring the accurate binning of stock items.
    • Conducting the physical monthly stock count.
    • Driving a forklift and operating an overhead crane where applicable.
    • Expediting availability on outstanding spares.
    • Ensuring deliveries of spares on time.
    • Ensuring the cleaning of all spillages in the Rotable store area and maintaining good housekeeping at all times.
    • Conducting quality control inspections of all functional equipment received from the vendors.

    Senior IT Site Technician - eMalahleni

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitoring the Helpdesk regularly throughout the day and ensuring that all open calls are resolved.
    • Providing first-line IT technical support.
    • Installing, configuring, and maintaining all IT equipment, including desktop computers, laptops, servers, mobile devices, tablets and other peripherals.
    • Troubleshooting network problems and ensuring that all network equipment is functioning correctly.
    • Ensuring that all boardroom equipment, including projectors, video conferencing equipment, and other AV technology is functional.
    • Maintaining an inventory of IT equipment and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

    Senior Manager - Contractor Management

    You will be responsible for but not limited to: 

    • Develop and implement Copper Africa Contractor Management Standard. 
    • Review and modify the Contractor Management framework to ensure relevance and effectiveness.  
    • Establish and align the site contracting strategy with operational requirements.  
    • Align the contracting strategy with ESD requirements, ESG, and other operational strategies.  
    • Ensure a robust contractor on-boarding process is in place. 
    • Ensure all contracts have appropriate KPI’s to support and enhance contractor performance.  
    • Define minimum standards for Contractor documentation in line with regulatory and Global Copper requirements.  
    • Define, implement, and monitor Audit requirements for Contractors. 
    • In alignment with the risk register, ensure that performance reviews/corrective action meetings are conducted where appropriate to mitigate potential issues.   
    • Ensure the Contract performance review processes and supporting templates are in place. 
    • Address corrective actions identified in performance reviews. 
    • Monthly reporting of key indicators as defined in the Contractor Management Framework and Contractor's Strategy. 
    • Develop and maintain systems supporting the contractor management strategy with up-to-date data and accurate reporting.  
    • Initiate systems to monitor contractor compliance with Group Standards.  
    • Monitor and track supplier performance with the support of the SC Business Enablement team.  
    • Train and monitor Contractors onsite.  
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews across all aspects of contractor management and develop a risk register to identify high-risk activities and proactively mitigate risks.   
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans based on the findings of reviews.  
    • Align with the risk register to ensure performance reviews and corrective actions are conducted.   
    • Develop and implement a process to incorporate ESD designated Contractors onto the site.  
    • Support the development of ESD contractors to improve and upskill their capability to deliver safe and efficient operations to our Assets.  
    • Collaborate with SHE to develop processes for reducing Contractor-related incidents on-site, aiming for zero safety or environmental incidents.  
    • Ensure contractors' compliance with relevant legislation.  
    • Facilitate monthly safety meetings for contractors.  
    • Assess Safety, Health, and Environmental risks of contractors and implement appropriate interventions.  
    • Implement proper governance to enable Contractors to meet set operational requirements.  
    • Support the onsite procurement teams as well as the Strategic Sourcing teams with the SRM programme.  
    • Provide up to date and accurate information on supplier performance.

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Bachelor of Commerce, BSc Engineering, or LLB. 
    • Master’s Degree in related field or Master’s in Business Administration is advantageous, 

    WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Proven experience (15+ years) in Contractor management, Fidic / NEC contract management or EPC/M, 
    • Experience in Mining, Processing, or heavy industry,  
    • SHE/Q and Environmental experience / exposure with a mining company, 
    • Proficient in managing EPC/M contractors and associated processes. 
    • Effective stakeholder management skills to navigate and align with various stakeholders. 
    • Proficiency in SAP, including SAP PM and Coupa knowledge. 
    • Skills in managing relationships with suppliers to ensure effective collaboration. 
    • Understanding and application of audit knowledge in contractor management.

    Senior Analyst - Business Analysis and Planning

    QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Post-graduate degree in Commerce or Accounts.
    • CA(SA) or similar post-graduate honours degree (i.e., CIMA)

    • Demonstrated prior exposure to Xeras or similar planning systems.
    • Prior SAP and/or Oracle experience beneficial.

    GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

    • BAP activities and deliverables, such as supporting the Copper Africa Business Controller in executing these activities and deliverables, implementing, and maintaining related policies, procedures and controls to establish a rigorous control environment.
    • Maintain relevant planning models and calculations and ensure accurate cost and capital planning.
    • Support financial reporting and planning cycles through ensuring timely reporting of site financial and operational results, accurate, standardised, and meaningful information, and ensuring strict compliance with Group reporting requirements.
    • Ensure strict compliance with Group reporting requirements and IFRS.
    • Review, develop and maintain planning models to support planning cycles, ensuring architecture, calculation logic, layout, accuracy, and standardisation is met.

    • Support finance and commercial teams with market intelligence, business insights and trend analysis.

    SAP MM Team Lead

    GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

    • Lead the SAP MM team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Develop and execute strategies for SAP MM solutions to align with business objectives. Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IS Team for SAP MM matters.
    • Oversee the configuration of SAP MM modules to meet business requirements. Optimize SAP MM processes and system performance to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM functionality and integration.
    • Develop solutions to promote adoption of harmonized ways of working across regions and assets while catering for local processes and jurisdictional compliance items. Negotiate agreement of effective global solutions.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    • 8+ years’ expert knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA MM, Fiori apps
    • At least 3 full cycle implementations
    • Exposure to COUPA source-to-pay processes and understanding of integration with S/4 HANA

    SAP MM Support Specialist

    GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

    • Implementation of monthly MM Change Requests.
    • Resolution of Cherwell MM tickets.
    • Provide timely support to SAP related queries from the Global Business Process owner and SME’s.
    • Weekly engagement with Global Business Process Owner on MM related matters and identifying opportunities.
    • Provide support to upgrade/rollout implementation Projects, Regression Testing and Defect Resolution.
