    Sales Executive

    • A dynamic and design-driven furniture company committed to delivering tailored, high-quality solutions to interior designers, architects, and corporate clients is seeking a driven and proactive Sales Executive to join their team and expand their market presence.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
    • Minimum 3 years’ corporate B2B sales experience
    • Experience in the office furniture environment will be of great advantage
    • Must have a valid driver's license and own transport as well as be willing to travel when required

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Making cold calls to new prospective clients.
    • Prioritizing outreach to interior designers, architects, and corporate end-users.
    • Maintaining detailed records of call outcomes in the CRM system.
    • Securing face-to-face client meetings, preferably in the showroom.
    • Organizing and managing a calendar of meetings, including showroom readiness and follow-ups.
    • Identifying and connecting with new potential clients.
    • Sourcing leads through directories, industry events, social media, and specifying platforms.
    • Logging all new contacts in the CRM and establishing follow-up plans.

    Finance Client Advisor/Accountant

    • A well-established London-based firm, specializing in corporate finance, tax and accounting is seeking the above to deliver accounting and compliance services to a portfolio of clients to allow them to make better decisions and achieve their goals.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a relevant accountancy qualification
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience within an accounting firm or accounting role is essential
    • Must have experience in producing management accounts and VAT returns
    • Experience using Xero and Excel is advantageous
    • Strong attention to detail, effective workload management, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines are essential, along with strong communication skills and articulate expression

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    Costing Administrator

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
    • A relevant tertiary qualification in administration, purchasing, or operations will be an advantage
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or costing support role
    • Familiarity with supplier interactions and basic purchasing processes is preferred

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Receiving briefs from Sales Executives and translating them into detailed costing sheets using Excel.
    • Breaking down specifications into line-item costing with clarity and precision.
    • Ensuring all costing documents are well-formatted and error-free.
    • Contacting suppliers for up-to-date pricing, availability, and lead times.
    • Placing orders and confirming delivery arrangements when required.

    • Demonstrating strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Creditors Clerk

    • A fast-paced and entrepreneurial chemical distributor is seeking the above for processing and verifying invoices, preparing payment runs, reconciling creditor statements, and maintaining an accurate creditors ledger while supporting month-end closing. This position is a 6-month contract.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
    • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in an accounts payable position

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and obtaining proper authorization.
    • Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
    • Preparing and processing payment runs (EFTs, cheques, etc.).
    • Reconciling creditor statements to ensure all payments are being accounted for.
    • Communicating with suppliers regarding outstanding invoices and payment queries.
    • Maintaining an up-to-date creditors ledger.
    • Assisting in month-end closing by providing necessary reports and reconciliations.

    Agronomist

    • A multinational agricultural company is seeking an Agronomist to be responsible for driving a farmer-centric approach by providing technical expertise and support to optimize crop productivity and farm profitability. The Agronomist will develop strong relationships with farmers and key stakeholders to understand the challenges they face, leading to the delivery of tailored agronomic solutions.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture or Agriculture
    • Basic CropLife course qualified (or willing to qualify)

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Using a combination of interpersonal and technical skills to suitably influence and accelerate the purchase of the company’s products.
    • Successfully implementing agreed marketing campaigns within a specific target area.
    • Building, developing, and maintaining an Area Grower Map for the given geographic area, including farm and crop details, grower information, and demographic data – housed and maintained on SalesForce.com.
    • Exploring and developing biopotential alignment with the iPlan and Crop Atlas data.
    • Regularly liaising and aligning with the relevant Key Account Manager (Sales Manager) and Campaign Managers in furtherance of the Sales Key Account Plan.
    • Managing an optimum portfolio of key growers and growing the company’s market share in the area.
    • Facilitating positive influence on the wider grower network, aimed at demand generation and aligned with the implementation of marketing campaigns.
    • Regularly coordinating demand generation activity with the local Key Account Manager (Sales Manager) and Technical Leads.
    • Managing other key influencers in the area in line with campaign direction, e.g., study groups, large growers, Potato Growers SA, etc.
    • Supporting the achievement of sales targets for the defined sales area by influencing grower purchasing decisions.
    • Feeding back market intelligence and value chain information to relevant members of the company’s team.
    • Maintaining good communication and networking across multi-functional business.
    • Actively contributing to the regional campaign teams with relevant market information and trends.
    • Having full technical knowledge and commercial perspective of the company’s and key competitor products and relevant crops.
    • Supporting Campaign Leads with the conversion of trial data to sales and marketing messaging.
    • Operating within all legal and company policy frameworks.
