    Marketing Specialist - Knorr Soup

    JOB PURPOSE

The role will support the Knorr power brand deploy lead grow the business in a highly competitive environment. We are looking for an independent thinker, with a can-do-spirit to be a part the journey to unlock growth for this iconic brand.  You will lead projects, develop through-the-line launch plans, manage activations, and implement impact brand campaigns and activity.     WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

    Job Scope:

    • Drive the value & volume led growth agenda on the respective brand by leading Innovations, managing BLG campaigns based on category growth principles
    • End to End brand management role for South Africa
    • Focus on incremental future growth opportunities, as well as management of existing core business
    • End to end P&L responsibility, including S&OP management
    • Budget (BMI) management to be vigorously controlled to ensure full delivery of projects
    • Leadership of several Innovation Projects – e.g. development of new mixes / launch into new categories etc.
    • Leadership / support of NRM or SC Activity Requests: e.g. introduction of new pack sizes / formats for existing mixes
    • Developing & executing Inspiring brand communications in partnership with creative agencies
    • Leading Integrated Brand Planning Process (annual IBP)
    • Management of Brand’s digital strategy and ecomm

    Key relationships:

    • Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Consumer Market Insights, Research and Development, Finance Business Partners & Global and Local teams where relevant

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

    Experiences & Qualifications

    • Degree in Marketing, Business and / or Commerce
    • A minimum of 5 years in Marketing, Branding and Digital Marketing experience

    Time & Attendance Analyst

    JOB PURPOSE

If you are passionate about managing the Timekeeper system and HR temp administration to ensure accurate timekeeping, payroll readiness, and compliance with HR processes at Inland sites, then this role is just for you!

    WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

    • Make sure everyone gets paid correctly and on time by managing the timekeeping system and checking that all hours worked are approved.
    • Support the team with leave and time-off requests, making sure everything is captured and processed before payroll deadlines.
    • Help new users get started on the timekeeping system and provide training when needed.
    • Fix system issues quickly or escalate them to the right people to keep things running smoothly.
    • Manage temporary staff admin, from hiring to payroll, ensuring all records are up to date.
    • Keep employee data accurate by updating changes like contracts, bank details, and leave balances.
    • Work with different teams across the site, including managers, HR, and IT, to solve problems and improve processes.
    • Help save costs by monitoring system usage and suggesting improvements.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
    Experiences & Qualifications
    Minimum (Must-Have) Experience
    These are essential for success in the role:

    • At least 2 years of experience in Time and Attendance (T&A), HR administration, or payroll processing.
    • Hands-on experience with timekeeping systems (e.g., biometric systems, shift scheduling tools).
    • Strong administrative skills, including accurate data entry and document handling.
    • Basic understanding of payroll timelines and processes.
    • Comfortable using HR systems and software (e.g. HR Torque or similar platforms).
    • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and follow up with stakeholders.
    • Strong communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.

    Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience
    These will give candidates a competitive edge:

    • Experience as a Timekeeper Super User or system administrator.
    • Knowledge of Unilever systems and policies, especially related to leave, payroll, and temp staffing.
    • Familiarity with union agreements and how they impact shift rules and benefits.
    • Experience managing temporary staff administration, including onboarding, payroll, and contract changes.
    • Technical troubleshooting skills for system issues (software or hardware).
    • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment with shift-based operations.
