    Marketing Manager - JHB

    An opportunity exists for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for the NBL Beverages portfolio. The successful candidate will be based in Bryanston and will report to the Marketing Executive.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Deliver performance targets across all target brands

    • Ongoing market and industry analysis
    • Ongoing competitor intelligence
    • Ongoing review of portfolio activity effectiveness, with plans being adapted or changed as required
    • Lead monthly marketing, sales and NPD meetings
    • Budgeting and forecasting
    • Agreement and delivery of team and individual performance contracts

    Deliver local portfolio and brand strategy 

    • Providing and reporting of insights from existing research and analyses of the market and competitors
    • Portfolio positioning
    • SWOT analysis
    • Development of three year beverages portfolio strategy
    • Lead brand plan process to deliver brand plans for focus brands

    Deliver consumer communication strategy

    • Propose and agree brand portfolio investment and splits

    Experience Required

    • A minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience as a Senior Brand Manager gained in a FMCG environment

    Qualification Required

    Divisional Project Manager - Kempton Park

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Leverage your process expertise and ability to manage multiple complex projects within a manufacturing environment in order to effect capacity enabling changes across the Snackworks factories
    • Apply your productivity-focused project management skills to implement solutions across the sites
    • Lead the site project engineering teams
    • Manage capital projects from the justification stage across the project cycle to accelerate equipment selection, commissioning, performance ramp up and maintenance and training integration by following sound project management principles
    • Establish capital expenditure to improve health & safety, productivity, capacity and efficiency for each factory within the division
    • Project planning and tracking to ensure deadlines and objectives are met
    • Execute project follow up and ensure successful implementation
    • Coordinate implementation of projects in terms of change management and training needs

    • A professional engineering qualification combined with keen business acumen and FMCG Food manufacturing experience is indispensable in this environment

    Quality and Assurance Manager - Kempton Park

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Responsible for overall Quality Assurance and Control Management on site
    • Ensuring the effective operation of the Integrated Management System for the site (FSSC and HACCP)
    • Managing the Food Safety System – AIB standard
    • Responsible for the spec compliance quality measuring process and reporting thereof
    • Identify and implement Improvement Opportunities related to product quality
    • Implementation of Quality Procedures and Standards on site.
