Duties:  

• General care and assistance with anything childcare related, require the au pair to be able to meal plan and prepare daily meals for a family of 3 including toddler, oversee the domestic worker (daily)  and gardener (once a week). 
• She must enjoy meal planning, preparation, and presentation. 
• There may be travel local and international- and she will be compensated accordingly for this. 
• All things being equal and within the parameters of mutual respect, accountability, and shared values. 
• Montessori schooling type approach, ability to stimulate a toddler with well researched and prepared activities.
• An individual who can work independently and bring ideas to the family, and someone who has the ability to listen to understand. 
• Follow instruction and know their role within their family.
• Requirements: creative, active, polite, neat, clean, caring, attention to detail and honest.
•  Must have training in first aid, swimming, toddler development or similar. 
• The candidate must be flexible and forward thinking.
• Salary: R17 000 per month plus petrol

Duties: 

• Babysitting: ONE Friday or Saturday night per month: 17h00 – sleep over required.
• School holidays: The kids go to holiday care so nothing extra just maybe fetching earlier two days a week, so an extra 3 hours per week
• Getting ready and dropping at school three mornings per week, collecting from school and transporting to extra murals and bringing back home.
• Friday babysitting ONE Friday per month.
• The mother travels for work three nights per month and will require you to sleep in on these days – general childcare, bath and bedtime assistance, feeding and assisting with anything childcare related
• Start date: January 2024 start – permanent contract
• Live In Nights: The mother will travel to Eastern Cape and Garden route roughly 3 nights out of the month. The candidate will be required to sleep over on these days where she will need to get the children to bed by 20h00 AND get the children ready for school and transporting to school in the morning between 06h00 – 08h00.
• Salary: R13 000 per month plus petrol.

Duties: 

• Collecting from school, extra murals,
• Educational stimulation and play with the children, get them to be stimulated, productive and get some exercise at the house, as opposed to watching TV or playing on iPads.
• Assist with homework and projects, ensure that their food is relatively healthy and they get some nutrients.
• The eldest son has ADHD so requires a patient, emotionally intelligent approach to getting the best out of him.

Duties: 

• Fetching both kids from school in the estate at 13:00 and playing with them at home or at one of the parks in the estate.
• Taking the kids for swimming lessons in the estate at 13:30 on Fridays.
