    Total Implementation and Services Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Directs the efforts of assigned teams / supervisors.
    • Monitors implementation projects across assigned areas / customers, ensuring appropriate team focus, timely project execution and adherence to agreed standards and performance requirements.
    • Participates in customer visitations and meetings to ensure achievement of agreed upon performance measures and achievement of high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Interfaces with Sales, Service, Systems and Support associates to develop account strategies and action plans to contribute to overall success.
    • Serves as a role model in terms of culture and enhances / maintains institutional knowledge.
    • Accountable for achieving area implementation solutions goals.
    • Proposes and executes enhancements to team processes and management practices.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
    • Typically has 6-8 years of experience in Implementation and Transformation and typically 0-2 years leadership experience.
    • Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).

    Repair Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Provides Repair Technician support and product repair for assigned mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
    • Identifies, isolates and corrects malfunctions on assigned products through the practical application of acquired technologies and skills.
    • Disassembles, cleans and reassembles assigned products in conjunction with refurbishment activities.
    • Generates and maintains required test reports, logs, documentation and test equipment.
    • Reports recurring quality problems to appropriate individuals or groups.
    • Enhances working knowledge of the total product line and associated test diagnostics and procedures.
    • Uses precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers and bore gauges to measure component parts and assist with repair, refurbishment and related activity.
    • Gain understanding of various DN KPIs to ensure that the business interests are taken care of as a team.
    • Participates in stock counts during the year to ensure spare part inventory accuracy within the Repair Centre.
    • Will be required to participate in the general neatness and cleanliness actions within the warehouse to ensure safety is of a high standard.

    Qualifications

    • Education or equivalent work experience required.
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Repair Technician.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience with mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly.
    • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

    Associate Logistics Coordinator

    Responsibilities

    • Provides Logistics support for assigned area(s). The position is based in Cape Town, there will be daily collaboration with other peers in the other regions within South Africa as well.
    • Builds strong working relationships with internal resources to include warehousing, operations, stakeholders and with third-party vendors / suppliers / transportation representatives.
    • Ensures effective execution of area transport and deliveries, including: Tracking order and fulfillment requirements.
    • Monitoring in-house warehousing and storage contained within the Cape Town office.
    • Conduct regular stock counts for each Field Technician to maintain control of inventory in the region.
    • Working with third-party suppliers and transporters to schedule and organize deliveries.
    • Monitoring truck planning and delivery.
    • Documenting and coding late trucks.
    • Preparing periodic (such as weekly) reports detailing actual versus expected deliveries and noting any discrepancies / issues.There are various reports as well as meetings that occur daily, for which you would need to prepare documentation.
    • Supports documentation requirements, performing maintenance and updates as requested.
    • Supports related projects as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Education or equivalent work experience required.
    • Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Logistics.
    • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

    Manager Repair Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Organising repair work, determining material requirements for the repair of equipment
    • Developing documentation
    • Requesting spare parts, materials, tools
    • Monitoring compliance with repair/renovation deadlines for equipment and preparing them for onward transfer to the finished goods warehouse
    • Monitoring of compliance with quality and timeliness of repairs
    • Training and development of the subordinate team

    Qualifications

    • Management experience between 6 to 8 years in production departments, company service departments and repair centre areas (service centre, repair centre, production) required
    • Experience as a specialist in production or repair of electronics (smartphones, laptops, computer equipment), i.e. repair of modules and components is desirable
    • Directed education in the area of electronics, engineering systems, etc.
    • Ability to solve problems and difficult situations
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Analytical thinking skills
    • Practical application of LEAN methods and processes
