    DUTIES

    • Typing, arranging, and diarizing appointments
    • Scheduling meetings for official visits and making travel and accommodation arrangements

    • Performing digital recording of Court Proceedings on urgent court cases after hours and ensuring the integrity of such recordings

    Judge’s Secretary REF NO: 2024/177/OCJ

    REQUIREMENTS

    • One (1) to three (3) years’ secretarial experience or as an office assistant in a legal environment
