We’re hiring for a Motion Designer to collaborate closely with our design team, bringing to life compelling visual assets that with captivate and engage audiences. This is an opportunity to join a global team of designers, strategists and creatives and grow your skills in design and animation.
Responsibilities
Communicate with studios via email, being a key liaison and updating the project manager
Create templated video assets by editing film trailers
Create templated design assets with film imagery following client brand guidelines
Join daily calls for team updates and briefing
Use JIRA for daily tasks and moving cards at various stages of the assets creation
Requirements
Proficient with using Figma, Photoshop and After Effects to create email statics, gifs, social ads and web assets (ideally demonstrating these within a portfolio)
Nice to Have
Experience with Illustrator and Premier Pro could be advantageous

Responsibilities
Lead on the user experience on a range of project types, from design and build to Research/Discovery
Organise and facilitate workshops with the support of the UX Director
Plan and run user research activities, gather and organise findings
Reuse and suggest new user-centric methodologies to frame problems/needs
Proactively challenge the design process and team members to consistently achieve the best outcome
Continue to learn and develop skills and methods across UX Strategy, Design Research, IA/Interaction design, Service design, Product Development and Thought Leadership
Mentor more junior colleagues and support their learning and development
Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience of relevant professional experience with at least 2 years’ experience in an agency/consultancy environment
Highly proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch etc
Demonstrable project experience covering end-to-end design with a portfolio ready to present
Deep understanding of design methods and when to apply them effectively
Client-facing and project lead experience
Thorough understanding of the challenges of complex web and mobile web experiences
