As a Senior Designer at EPAM you will conduct user research, interviews and surveys and use the information to create site maps, customer journey maps, wireframes and prototypes. This is a great opportunity join a multi-disciplinary team of designers, UX Researchers copywriters and strategists.
Responsibilities
Lead on the user experience on a range of project types, from design and build to Research/Discovery
Organise and facilitate workshops with the support of the UX Director
Plan and run user research activities, gather and organise findings
Reuse and suggest new user-centric methodologies to frame problems/needs
Proactively challenge the design process and team members to consistently achieve the best outcome
Continue to learn and develop skills and methods across UX Strategy, Design Research, IA/Interaction design, Service design, Product Development and Thought Leadership
Mentor more junior colleagues and support their learning and development
Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience of relevant professional experience with at least 2 years’ experience in an agency/consultancy environment
Highly proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch etc
Demonstrable project experience covering end-to-end design with a portfolio ready to present
Deep understanding of design methods and when to apply them effectively
Client-facing and project lead experience
Thorough understanding of the challenges of complex web and mobile web experiences
