Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Executive: Compliance Risk and Audit, the incumbent will:

• To advise the company on any potential risk to the profitability or existence of the company.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide risk assessment and monitor priority risks across the company.
• Develop and communicate risk management policies, risk appetite, and risk limits, conduct an annual risk assessment for the entire company, and assist in developing risk mitigating strategies for the company.
• Develop and monitor an operational risks register for all the departments/divisions and align with strategic risks.
• Review, implement, and maintain whistle-blowing policy, and weekly, monthly reports on cases investigated.
• Determine business needs for insurance and manage SLA for the insurance contract to ensure that it is complied with.
• Review the cover as business needs change to ensure that adequate insurance is maintained.
• Review and implement the combined assurance policy plan.
• Management of insurance claims.
• Management of Fraud and Conducting Fraud Awareness

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-year degree or diploma in Risk Management or any related qualification.
• Registered with the institution of Risk Management or other relevant profession,
• 5 years minimum experience in enterprise risk management, experience in ITC will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Executive: Compliance Risk and Audit, the incumbent will:

• Manage advocacy of Internal Audit, and make presentations to Exco, management forum, and any other internal forum on the role of internal audit, audit output, and audit report.
• Keep abreast of changes in legislation and act in an advisory capacity to communicate such changes to management, thereby creating awareness of the impact on the organisation.
• Manage the sourced Internal audit Function and review work performed by the service provider, if necessary, to ensure that work carried out is in accordance with the internal audit plan.
• Act in the capacity of middleman/mediator between the business and the service provider to ensure that the service provider receives all necessary information.
• Manage the planning phase, input the 3-year Internal Audit plan to define the scope and budget requirements.
• Produce an Audit report, submit to the Line Manager, and present it to Exco.
• Monitor compliance with policies. Monitor adherence to the standard of the Institute of Internal Auditors and prepare the Internal Audit Charter, submit it tothe  Line Managers.
• Conduct IT audits.
• Prepare performance management contract on an annual basis and review PDP every six months.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Internal Audit or Finance, or related qualification.
• Certified Internal Auditor will be an advantage.
• Experience in the performance of IT Audits.
• Minimum 5 years internal audit experience, of which 3 years is at a supervisory level.
