    Talent Manager - Crypto School

    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies.
    • Source and recruit candidates using various platforms, databases, and networks.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
    • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
    • Improve recruitment processes as the business needs and grows. 

    Talent Development:

    • Identify training and development needs for employees and create programs that foster personal and professional growth.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support for employees’ career paths.
    • Collaborate with HR and other departments to establish succession planning.

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
    • Act as a point of contact for talent-related inquiries and issues.

    Performance Management:

    • Develop and oversee performance evaluation systems.
    • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent development initiatives.
    • Regularly assess talent pool and workforce needs.

    Employer Branding:

    • Promote the company’s culture and values through employer branding initiatives.
    • Ensure the organization is positioned as an employer of choice in the market.

    Compliance:

    • Ensure all recruitment and talent management processes comply with relevant regulations and best practices.

    Public Relations Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    Media Relations:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, influencers, and media outlets within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech industries.

    • Proactively pitch stories, press releases, and thought leadership content to relevant media outlets.
    • Respond to media inquiries and ensure accurate and timely coverage of the company and its initiatives.

    Content Development:

    Craft press releases, media kits, blog posts, and articles that communicate the company’s mission, news, and key developments.

    Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure messaging is aligned across all platforms.

    • Develop and manage the company’s thought leadership strategy by identifying speaking opportunities, interviews, and events for company executives.

    Crisis Management:

    Manage the company’s reputation and public image during both proactive and reactive situations.

    • Prepare and execute communication strategies to handle crises, including drafting statements, coordinating media responses, and managing internal communications.

    Event Management and Participation:

    • Identify and facilitate opportunities for the company’s presence at crypto/blockchain industry events, conferences, and panels.
    • Coordinate media coverage for events the company sponsors or participates in.
    • Assist in preparing executives for public speaking engagements, including creating talking points and briefing documents.

    Social Media & Digital PR:

    • Work closely with the social media team to align PR efforts with social media strategies, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
    • Monitor media coverage and public sentiment about the company, providing analysis and reports on PR campaign effectiveness.

    Internal Communications:

    • Support internal communications efforts to ensure employees are informed and aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
    • Assist in creating and distributing newsletters, memos, or internal announcements regarding company updates.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of public relations experience, preferably within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or technology sectors.
    • Proven track record in developing media strategies and securing positive media coverage.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, including blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and industry trends.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with media monitoring and PR tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) and social media platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Existing relationships with crypto or blockchain-focused media outlets.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up, or media environment.
    • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
