Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transaction Monitoring - Perform daily monitoring of transactions in accordance with the 6-month rule
• Vehicle Recovery - Assist the administration department in retrieving vehicles from SAPS pounds
• Investigation Support - Aid in investigations of stolen and cloned vehicles to ensure compliance with company rules and regulations
• Investigative collaboration – Form relationships with ICB, SAPS, and other law enforcement agencies on high-risk transactions
• Industry Engagement - Attend Vehicle Crime Forums to stay updated on developments within the vehicle crime sector
• Fraud Risk Reduction - Contribute to reducing risks associated with fraudulent transactions
• Reporting - Generate reports for vehicles designated for write-off or loss
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with banks and other stakeholders to minimize risks related to vehicles with third-party interests
• Ad Hoc Duties - Perform additional tasks as required by management

• Qualification: Minimum Grade 12
• Work experience: Minimum of 3 years working experience

• Work alternate weekends and public holidays
