    Time & Attendance Clerk

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Capture hours worked, over time, hours short, leave and unpaid leave data before the end of 19th of every month
    • Reconcile weekly reports of daily clock-in
    • Calculate hours worked, overtime, leave including sick and unpaid leave accurately
    • Capture terminations hours
    • Record all new employees appointed on Eco-time
    • Loading shifts on Eco-time
    • Load new employee finger loading onto Biometric system
    • Resolve salary queries and leave queries at month end
    • Balance exception reports file all leave records/sick leave
    • Maintain 100% attendance records monthly
    • Record time keeping
    • Ensure housekeeping of work area
    • Perform any work-related task as delegated by your superior
    • Calculation of Leave for permanent employees and interns

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Department Supervisor - Plumbing Department

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure smooth running of the department
    • Make sure that standard operating procedures in department are adhered to
    • Assign staff to specific areas and duties and monitor staff uniforms
    • Facilitate departmental sales meetings
    • Conduct regular inspections with regards to the departments housekeeping, isles, merchandising and uniforms
    • Ensure price updates are done timeously
    • Monitor returns of faulty / damaged stock and breakages, keep CFC book up to date by monitoring reversals, follow up on repairs and quotations
    • Submission of weekly and monthly reports to superior
    • Plan and prepare work schedules, daily registers and time and attendance of staff, including leave queries, manage overtime
    • Conduct Performance reviews and evaluations in order to nominate staff for awards and promotions
    • Train all new and old staff members (product knowledge and procedures)
    • Allocate and monitor floor areas for various functions (i.e. incoming stock, transfers, checking area and returns)

    • Enforce disciplinary code of company and apply discipline

    REQUIREMENTS:
