    Specialist: Senior C2 Account Manager – Google Workspace (GWS)

    Role Description

    • As a Specialist: Senior C2 Account Manager (GWS) you will have the opportunity to drive digital technology transformation in partnership with your customer, to achieve both Liquid C2 Direct and customer business outcomes.
    • Leveraging your large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Liquid C2 solutions portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.
    • With a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration, this role will give the opportunity to leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against your customer’s account plan.
    • Document customer requirements in standardized format.
    • Evaluate the customer’s technical infrastructure with which solutions will be integrated.
    • Define solution training requirements, build and lead customer 'train the trainer’ programs.Communicate solution benefits with a business case and return on investment.
    • Produce presentations as required for customer engagements.Maintain an up to date pipeline of opportunities on Salesforce.com.Track progress towards KPIs.Report monthly on the status, blockers and next steps of top projects.
    • Coordinate with internal Product Development. Coordinate with external solution suppliers.
    • Engage with Liquid C2 internal departments to confirm that the proposed solution can be delivered and supported.
    • Assess the customer satisfaction of the solution, capturing lessons learned and sharing these with the appropriate teams to drive improvements.
    • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Liquid C2.products, services, solutions, propositions and capability.Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in the sales cycle to the executive suite.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategy and optimization. Upskill the strategic vendors products and solutions i.e. Microsoft , AWS , Google , Cloudflare.
    • Customer lifetime value (CLV): This measures the total revenue that a customer generates for the business over the course of the relationship. It helps to prioritize the most valuable accounts and plan the financial strategy accordingly.

    Customer profitability (CP):

    • This measures the difference between the revenue and the cost of serving a customer. It helps to determine the profitability of each customer and allocate resources accordingly.Customer satisfaction (CSAT): This measures how happy the customers are with the products or services they receive from the business. It helps to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the account management team and improve customer loyalty and retention.Customer retention rate (CRR): This measures the percentage of customers who stay with the business over a given period of time. It helps to evaluate the effectiveness of the account management team in retaining and renewing existing customers and reducing churn.
    • Customer engagement (CE): This measures the degree of interaction and involvement that customers have with the business. It helps to build trust and rapport with customers and increase their satisfaction and loyalty. Customer revenue growth rate (CRGR): This measures the percentage of increase or decrease in the revenue generated by customers over a given period of time. It helps to evaluate the account management team’s ability to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers and increase the revenue per customer.

    Cloud Delivery Engineer – Google Cloud Platform

    Role Purpose

    • The Cloud Delivery Engineer’s primary responsibility is to help deploy and support customers who subscribe to our GCP services. They will need to be customer-focused, enthusiastic and have excellent IT technical support skills, with a calm and reassuring manner and strong attention to detail. Working with our Cloud Solutions Architects who design the Cloud solutions, Cloud Delivery Engineers need to have a firm understanding of all the technologies being deployed and the ability to implement the proposed solution working in a project team and overseen by the Service Delivery Manager and Cloud Projects Manager. The Cloud Delivery Engineer will be involved throughout the client engagement process, from initial scoping and surveys, through project implementation and delivery, and if required for ongoing support and maintenance of the customer environment.
    • Manage the assurance of GCP services through / by: -Ensuring a high-resolution efficiency for incidents.Maintain architecture deployment standards. Comply with all Process, Patch Management, Change Process, for any deployed and managed Cloud services. Provide yearly inputs for process reviews. Produce reports to measure compliance to SLA and MTTR for customer managed cloud services. Conduct customer cloud readiness assessments and reports the outcome. Deploy customer solutions based on best practices including migrations, cloud networking and new set-ups.Cloud services implementation, testing and acceptance for customer projects. Cloud services support and maintenance to support internal process and/or customer service level agreements. Monitor resources, networks, security, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS Cloud services implementation, testing and acceptance for customer projects.Work with third-parties including vendor support, billing and troubleshooting.
    • Support non-standard/complex solutions - Cross functional engagements, Sales support, Service Desk, Products, Bid Office & engagement with Engineering. Training for sales, customer employees and product teams. Assist with technology selection and vendor selection for product management/ideation.Leading the implementation and deployment team and providing technical insight and resolving technical dependencies and escalates where necessary. Following through on the delivery of all Cloud services implementation steps, with clear reporting and project tracking to the team and Customer. Maintaining Cloud services along agreed best practices and Service Level Agreements. Maintaining an up-to-date skillset that translates into secure, practical implementations and service delivery for projects.

    Principal/lead Cloud Solutions Architect - GCP

    Role Description

    Architecture

    Customer satisfaction through feedback from clients on their level of satisfaction with the architects work in helping them achieve cloud objectives. Cloud adoption rate: Measured through the number of new cloud solutions or won opportunities by C2 in a given period.

    Solution design quality measured by number and quality of design documents produced for solutions measured against set quality standards. Feedback, Solution, Design and Proposal delivery time measured by the time it takes for incumbent to deliver required artifacts. Provide periodic inputs for process reviews and improvements across C2, networks and cross functional teams. Evaluates cloud architecture performance utilization, using vendor and other tools to make recommendation where applicable. Proposals and solution that achieve cost savings, optimisation and improvements in managing cloud expenses. Delivering solution designs for customer solutions based on best practices including migrations, cloud networking and new set-ups.

    Cloud Infrastructure & partner engagement

    Reviewed, analysed, and created prototype for Cloud services as proof of concepts (POCs) for GCP and other solutions withing the C2 portfolio. Proposals that contain capacity and architecture plan to create cloud environment to host migrated IaaS VMs and PaaS role instances for refactored applications and databases. Implement a structured design process for creating a hybrid or public cloud architecture. Proposals and solution that achieve cost savings, optimisation and improvements in managing cloud expenses. Design frameworks for Cloud platform Implementation, Testing and Acceptance. Work with third parties and partners to propose and recommend cloud solutions for custom requirements or outsourced skill sets.

    Non-standard/complex solutions - Cross functional engagements, Sales support, Service Desk, Products, Bid Office & engagement with Engineering. Training for sales, architects, customer employees and product teams. Assist with technology selection and vendor selection for product management/ideation.                           

    Technical

    Proficiency in Cloud computing technologies and related industry trends. Participation in training, certifications, and industry events. Leading the architects to iterate through design steps and tasks to identify dependencies and resolving design conflicts where a design decision made. Repeating the process until all considerations are incorporated into the final architecture design. Leading and mentoring junior team members. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful Cloud Solutions.

     

    Requirements

    • Degree in IT or Engineering related field and post-Graduate:Essential
    • Google cloud Professional Architects & Google Associate Cloud Engineer:Essential
    • Other Industry certifications:Preferred
    •  Supporting / Managing cloud-based infrastructure.
    • 5-10 years demonstrable experience in architecting large-scale cloud migration projects.
    • Supporting / Managing cloud-based infrastructure

    • Demonstrate the ability to solve complex, multi- system problems
    • Extensive experience in architecting enterprise public cloud solutions
