    Clinical Software & Education Support Agent

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide expert-level technical support to healthcare professionals using clinical software and online education systems.
    • Perform preliminary investigations on software-related issues to log issues with the development team.
    • Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing to identify and address software bugs or enhancements.
    • Collaborate closely with the development team to implement fixes and improvements, ensuring seamless system functionality and excellent user experience.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and online resources to support users.
    • Serve as a liaison between users and the development team, conveying user feedback and/or queries.
    • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with users.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience and software functionality.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Minimum education qualification – Senior certificate
    • Experience using Zendesk and YouTrack is an added advantage
    • Experience in quality assurance testing, including identifying and documenting bugs.
    • Proficiency in identifying software bugs and issues and relaying these queries to the development team efficiently and effectively.
    • Strong understanding of clinical and educational technology software systems and their functionalities.

    BI Analyst

    Knowledge and Experience

    Minimum Experience:

    • At least 3 years’ experience as Business Intelligence Analyst or equivalent Data role (Data Analyst, etc.); including experience in Data Analytics, BI methods and tools, Data Warehousing, and the Data Product Life Cycle
    • Identifying, quantifying, and subsequently delivering value on how to solve business challenges using data  
    • Stakeholder engagement  
    • Building Data Visualisations using tools such as Power BI  
    • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills: Using SQL to prepare and analyse data (e.g., indexes, query plans, foreign key constraints, common table expressions, etc.)
    • Coding and performing code reviews
    • ETL (extraction, transform, load) data flow, and traceability
    • Documentation

    Minimum Knowledge:

    • Knowledge and basic experience in using low/no code AutoML on modelling tools such as Power BI or AWS Sagemaker   
    • Design thinking
    • Dimensional Modelling
    • The Data Product Life Cycle (DPLC)
    • Data privacy and security regulations and best practices  
    • Data quality and incident management

    Ideal Experience / Knowledge:

    • Having relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Data+; Certified Analytics Professional [CAP]; Associate Certified Analytics Professional [aCAP]; Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate; Microsoft Certified; Power BI Data Analyst/Associate; and/or AWS Certified Data Analytics)
    • Working with data on Cloud platforms (such as AWS or Microsoft Azure)
    • Previous experience working in Business Analysis / Data Analysis in the financial/banking sector

    SAP MM Consultant

    Oracle DBA

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database systems, specifically Oracle 12c and 19c.
    • Hands-on experience with the installation and configuration of Oracle 19c databases.
    • Manage user accounts and permissions effectively to ensure data security.
    • Maintain a good understanding of Container Database (CDB) and Pluggable Database (PDB) architecture.
    • Perform backup, restoration, and recovery using RMAN.
    • Manage Data Pump backups.
    • Configure and manage Data Guard for disaster recovery (DC-DR).
    • Upgrade and patch Oracle databases to keep them up-to-date and secure.
    • Monitor database performance and implement optimizations as needed, utilizing performance tuning techniques.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues quickly, ensuring minimal downtime.
    • Handle and manage the Linux operating system effectively in relation to database management.
    • Provide intermediate support for MySQL for cross-database compatibility.
    • Maintain documentation for database configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. 

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Oracle DBA or similar role, with strong knowledge of Oracle 12c and 19c architecture.
    • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
    • Hands-on experience with RMAN backup and restoration processes.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    SAP FICO Consultant

    Education and experience required:

    • 3-year IT related degree (advantageous)
    • Certified in TOGAF, Agile Methodologies (advantageous)
    • Certified in COBIT Prince II (advantageous)
    • Certified in ITIL 3 (required)
    • SAP Specialist Certification – FICO (advantageous)
    • Functional knowledge of SAP FICO (GL, AR, AP, FA, PCA, CCA, New GL) including interfaces, data migration and integration
    • Knowledge of SAP FICO integration with HCM
    • Understanding of SAP development concepts, guidelines and SAP architecture
    • Knowledge and application of relevant IT best practices
    • Knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks (ITIL 3)

    Duties that successful candidate would need to carry out:

    • Make recommendations to optimize FICO processes, policies and procedures.
    • Adhere to all IT Governance Frameworks including policies, procedures, processes and standards.
    • Identify suitable solutions to new and existing business requirements (changes and projects) and ensure effective resolution of problems and incidents.
    • Produce portfolio and status reporting in a timely manner and aligned to the agreed communications plan for all relevant stakeholders.
    • Update and maintain known error database, knowledge base, configuration database as well as testing and training material, and implement a continuous improvement plan to improve the portfolio solutions.
    • Effectively manage and develop self to deliver on agreed individual and team objectives.
