    Store Specialist : Beauty PCG Hermes

    Job description

    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
    • Ensure that sales in Beauty are in line with agreed targets by providing solutions and alternatives to customers on options, products and services.
    • Monitor, control and display stock and related ticketing with relevant reports to ensure availability and maximum selling opportunities.
    • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and policy understanding to enable high service and operational standards.
    • Uphold shop-keeping standards in terms of hygiene and safety to ensure a neatly organised department.
    • Process till transactions efficiently and effectively
    • Execute all shrinkage related tasks to contribute to minimum losses.
    • Maintain high standards of self-discipline in relation to dress code, personal hygiene, timekeeping and attendance
    • Participate and contribute in all team related tasks and activities 

    Minimum Job Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level
    • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
    • Available and flexible to work different shifts
    • Relevant experience in a Beauty selling environment advantageous

    Personal Assistant (12 Months Contract)

    Job description

    • Provide an advanced, efficient, confidential administrative service to the Heads of Central Trade, Central Buying and Engen/Africa, whilst additional support where necessary to extended teams - including travel arrangements, co-ordination of diaries, document preparation, screening calls, managing email, office management, presentations, etc.
    • Effective diary management and follow-up to ensure appropriate and constructive time allocation.
    • Maintain confidentiality and deal effectively with sensitive information at all times.
    • Co-ordinate events for the various central teams
    • Processing of accounts, petty cash and travel reconciliations for management and team
    • Ordering of stationary and other office equipment
    • Travel, diary & meeting management
    • Preparation of presentations and other documentation
    • General administration

    Minimum requirements

    • 3 year Secretarial diploma or other relevant / similar tertiary qualification
    • Ability to effectively consolidate strategic information and documentation
    • Budgeting skills and understanding of the Woolworths’ financial processes
    • Enthusiastic and confident with strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships
    • High level of proficiency ito information systems and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook)
    • Effective communication skills – both verbal and written
    • Strong administrative and secretarial influence
    • Exceptional customer service and conflict handling skills
    • Analytical skills
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong planning and organisational skills
    • Ability to multi-task, to prioritise workload and to work under pressure
    • Ability to work and make decisions independently
