Job Description

• Manage Multiple Projects within Data Science and Data Engineering space. Perform Stakeholder and Business Engagement and manage the end-to-end delivery to client by leading teams of Data Engineers and Data Scientists. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or other related Degrees 

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage the execution of Data Engineering and Data Science projects. 
• Produce intelligent, scalable, and automated solutions by leveraging Data Science and Data Engineering teams. 
• Develop a Business Intelligence roadmap; prioritize business insight requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs. 
• Design and manage the end-to-end Data Science and Data Engineering Solutions. 
• Work with Technology teams on the development of new data capabilities & architecture to define requirements and priorities. 
• Develop, continuously improve, and execute an efficient framework to identify, organize and structure the team to deliver quality products/services to client. 
• Support where required in developing product specification documents, scope of Work documents, Code of Conduct document with regards to project needs. 
• Implement best practice pipeline framework adhering to (KDD,CRISP) and deployment of use cases identified in products & services by using ML techniques 
• Establish and meet required SLAs and TAT for requirements 
• Ability to understand business processes, risk and controls. 
• Ability to understand and frame client problem statements and put forward a data analytics or digital solution to meet client requirements. 
• Ability to utilize industry technologies to apply data analytics solutions including data analysis tools; business intelligence solutions; data science and data engineering tools. 
• Ability to apply SDLC methodologies to solution developments 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision. 
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and projects simultaneously. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Management and leadership skills. 
• Problem Solving Skills. 
• Drive an willingness to mentor and train junior members of the team. 
• Prior Business Engagement and Stakeholder Management experience.
