    Job Description

    • Generate a report to review store sales that did not push through the previous day and inform the IT department when such occurs.
    • Daily counts: Evaluate the store stock file to ensure merchandised stock is balancing.
    • urgent orders/store orders — filter out merchandise re-order categories on the DC stock movement to cancel items on orders that are out of stock or discontinued.
    • Competitor pricing Review the report with the purpose of identifying the gap market from our competitors, the report is channeled to the Procurement department for further analysis.
    • Record and prepare reports of payments to relevant suppliers.
    • Record and prepare reports for daily financial transactions of payments and expenses.
    • Opening and Closing report — Store security system report record that is used to survey trading hours.
