    Account Executive - SAP Academy for Customer Success - (Hybrid)

    • The Account Executive's primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to existing and net new customers.

    What You’ll Do

    As an Account Executive within the SAP Academy for Customer Success, you will be responsible for the following: 

    • Successfully complete a 10-month learn-apply program, which includes classroom phases and field phases with your sales team, that enhances your support in the role and is a critical customer-facing function within our Customer Success Board Area.
    • Immerse yourself in multi-dimensional, experiential learning focusing on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process. 
    • Learn how to drive value across the customer lifecycle through solution adoption and ongoing renewals that foster account expansion. 
    • Receive onboarding in your local market with on-the-job training and mentoring by a Senior Account Executive in the field. You will be able to work both behind the scenes and directly with customers.

    Customer Advisory Support Specialist - Intern

    What you'll do

    • This intern will provide hands-on support for Melody Suite, including configuration, localized documentation, trend analysis for regional optimization, and ongoing enablement. The role ensures that CA leaders and employees can operate without disruption, stay aligned with GTM strategies/business goals, and drive operational efficiency.
    • Additionally, the intern will contribute to training and enablement efforts, helping CA employees effectively adopt and utilize Melody Suite functionalities, thereby enhancing organizational readiness and consistency across MUs.

    Domain Advisor Senior Specialist - Cloud Architecture & Advisory (CAA)

    EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
    This is a customer facing role where you will support the sales teams during the entire cycle of a Cloud deal. Following are the key tasks that this role will perform:

    • Present in detail technical and operational aspects of the RISE with SAP Private Cloud.
    • Present the requirements and value proposition for SAP private cloud on hyperscalers like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
    • Conduct technical assessment workshops with customers to define the future cloud architecture and plan the migration roadmap together with partners, System Integrators, and or SAP Professional Services.
    • Guide customers on non-functional capabilities such Business Continuity, Cybersecurity & Compliance, Networking, Technical Operations, and service consumption. 
    • Work with other teams within the Customer success board area to generate pricing and provide ongoing deal support to sales teams.
    • Own the technical discussions with the customer and act as the orchestrator of experts to obtain expertise from the SAP delivery organization as required.

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration required from an accredited university.
    • High proficiency in customer communications and presentations is required.
    • High proficiency in the SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions. 
    • Good understanding of SAP solutions (releases, platform interdependencies etc.).
    • Good understanding of operational aspects (Application and Technical) of SAP solutions in a cloud environment.
    • Good understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscaler (AWS; MS Azure or GCP).
    • Ability and willingness to be part of a global team of Cloud Architects.
    • Willingness to undertake customer related travel on short notice.
    • Fluency in English is a MUST, other language(s) will be an asset.

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • 8+ years of customer facing SAP Consulting experience.
    • 8+ years of solution design, enterprise architecture and or SAP implementation. 
    • Experience in a customer facing pre-sales role is an advantage.
    • Experience and/or certification(s) with IaaS Providers (AWS, MS Azure or GCP) and data centres is a big advantage.
    • Cybersecurity & Compliance expertise.
    • SAP Application Lifecycle Management and or SAP Operations.
    • ITSM, Service Design & Delivery.  
    • SAP HANA and S/4 HANA skills would be very helpful.
