    The Job

    You are responsible for the recruitment of new Triggerise colleagues! This includes taking responsibility for the hiring process from job advertising to shortlisting applicants, directly searching for candidates, and guiding them through each step. 

    • Actively search for candidates across Africa, and Europe. 
    • Work closely with hiring managers in order to coordinate, and streamline the hiring process.
    • Pre-screen applicants, ensuring they’re a fit from both a skills, and culture perspective.
    • Respond to all applicants in a timely manner using our Applicant Tracking System.
    • You make sure Triggerise is an attractive employer to the right candidates. You write and post job adverts on various platforms, including Glassdoor and Indeed.

    About you

    You enjoy interacting with people and have a natural ability to put people at ease, for example, when conducting pre-screens. You are a good communicator and take time to listen to applicants, and requirements from hiring managers. Having recruited on a global level, you’re confident recruiting across multiple locations.

    Office Management Team Lead

    Responsibility areas:

    • Administration - you oversee local administration globally. You ensure all the needed paperwork is done as needed and you coordinate things like health and safety globally. You will be the only admin person based in South Africa, so you need to take on the local admin tasks there in addition to your global role. 
    • Employee lifecycle - you make sure that our employees get great support at fixed points in the employee lifecycle, like birthdays, anniversaries, onboarding, offboarding etc.
    • Community - you organise a cohesive series of online and in person events and other practices aimed at informing our people internally and building our community. 
    • Travel - you coordinate larger traveling events to ensure smooth running and cost effectiveness 
    • Procurement - you are the custodian of these processes and ensure our people get practical support whilst following necessary regulations
    • Tools - as a global organisation, how we use our tools is important, because that's how we connect. You manage some of our existing tools (Asana, Slack) to make sure we all use them in the same way 

    About you

    You are a very practical and organised person that likes to make sure others have what they need. You love creating order from chaos. You can relate to different people from anywhere - our employees come from different backgrounds and are spread across the globe, and the same goes for your team. You are a logical thinker and you can think ahead about consequences of actions. You are personable, a good communicator and you create relationships easily, but you are also not afraid to push back if needed. 

    Requirements

    • You are based in South Africa (Cape Town or Johannesburg)
    • You have at least 3 years experience in a similar, global, position (must)
    • You have experience in procurement (good to have) 
    • You are a good communicator and always willing to help
    • You are organized and have an eye for detail
    • You excel under pressure

    Organisational Development Manager

    The Job

    As Organisational Development Manager, it is your job to make sure individuals, groups and the organisation as a whole develop and retain the capacity to deliver in their roles at Triggerise. You help set the organisational development strategy and oversee its execution. 

    • You monitor how individuals are doing at Triggerise and coordinate interventions if needed within your team or with the relevant manager or other stakeholders within or outside the People team.
    • You create and execute a learning and development strategy that ensures our employees have a common set of skills and knowledge that is necessary to succeed at Triggerise.
    • You identify areas where the organisation as a whole needs to improve or learn.
    • You design and communicate a series of identifiable support offerings from your team to the organisation.
    • You design and execute a system of data gathering, analysis and reporting that helps us monitor and improve the effectiveness of our development efforts. 

    About you

    You enjoy and find satisfaction in developing the individuals around you. You lead and develop your team and mentor them if needed. You create a positive working environment that aligns with Triggerise values.

    • You know how people work and learn and can adapt your tactics to that.
