    AI Engineer

    What you’ll do:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI and machine learning solutions.
    • Write and maintain efficient, scalable, and clean code, primarily using Python and JavaScript.
    • Assist with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
    • Utilize GitHub or GitLab for version control, ensuring code integrity and version tracking.
    • Work on deploying and improving AI models within enterprise products.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI deployments and code performance.

    Your expertise:

    • Proficiency in Python for data processing, model building, and scripting.

    Data Engineer

    What you’ll do:

    • Analyze business requirements to design effective Data/Analytics solutions.
    • Develop and maintain data systems using the Microsoft Stack, including MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI.
    • Ensure full application lifecycle support, from design through to deployment and maintenance.
    • Contribute expertise in application components, programming languages, databases, and operating systems.
    • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and manage source control with Git.

    • 3+ years of experience with DAX.

    • Experience with Profisee and Purview is advantageous.

    Systems Analyst

    What you’ll do:

    Analyse current systems solutions and business requirements

    • Interpret and provide input to translate business requirements into business requirement definitions and specifications.
    • Analyse and evaluate required system enhancements.
    • Analyse existing systems and interfaces for modification / improvement purposes.

    Design new or enhanced systems to accommodate business needs

    • Participate in the process design or re-design and translate business / user requirements / processes into less complex system design.
    • Design less complex system enhancements.
    • Change systems specifications based on testing problems / changing requirements.
    • Design interfaces and solutions with other systems
    • Adhere to the change request process.

    Change Manager

    What you’ll do:

    • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
      Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the MRO project..
    • Support communication efforts: Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
    • Assess the change impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
    • Support training efforts: Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
    • Complete change management assessments.
    • Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
    • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.

    DevOps Engineer

    What you’ll do:

    • Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using Azure services.
    • Containerization & Orchestration: Manage, scale, and monitor containerized applications in Kubernetes environments.
    • CI/CD Automation: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using TFS (Team Foundation Server), ensuring automated testing, build, and deployment processes.
    • Scripting & Automation: Automate repetitive tasks and streamline deployment processes using scripting languages.
    • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring solutions for infrastructure and applications to ensure maximum uptime and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.
    • Version Control & Configuration Management: Maintain version control practices and manage configuration management using tools like Git and Ansible (or other tools as required).

    • High intermediate – Senior (5+ years’ experience)
    • Kubernetes: Strong experience with deploying, managing, and troubleshooting containerized applications in a Kubernetes environment.
    • Azure: Expertise in working with Microsoft Azure services, including resource management, networking, and automation tools.
    • TFS (Team Foundation Server): Proven experience with using TFS for version control, build automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
    • Linux SUSE: Solid experience working with Linux (SUSE) operating systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
    • Scripting Languages: Non-specific
    • CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on experience with building, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and testing.
    • Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management, networking, and security in a production environment.
    • Monitoring & Logging: Experience with monitoring tools and logging tools for ensuring system reliability.
