Job description:

• An opportunity exists for a Recruitment Administrator to liase with Managers and Recruitment Consultants on their recruitment needs, plan recruitment training, assist on drafting of job descriptions, adverts and posting vacancies and leading on the administration of the applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Review applications and resumes to determine qualifications and relevance to job requirements.
• Support business recruitment activities
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Coordinate background checks and other required screenings for new hires
• Preparing regular reports on recruitment activities including status updates, cost analysis and recommendations
• Conducting reference checks to verify employment history and qualification of prospective employees.
• Reviewing job applications to ensure that they are complete and comply with company guidelines.
• Coordinating the hiring process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and arranging offers of employment.
• Ensure that all new employees attend induction.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Do research on new HR trends.
• Assist with coordination of projects.

Minimum requirements:

• Completed or studying towards an HR Degree/Diploma
• 1-2 years Admin experience
• Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)

• The Junior Admin Assistant will be responsible in providing administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients
• Preparing quotations
• Issuing new policies, renewals, endorsements, registration of claims and overseeing outstanding accountson various Insurer platforms
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Recording details and information on the relevant systems
• General office assistance and administration

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• Computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Working experience within office/administrative environment is advantageous
• Prepared to study to obtain Regulatory Examination (RE 5)
• Prepared to study to obtain the NQF Level 4 Short Term Insurance qualification
