    Sales Consultant - DBN

    Job Description

    • The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales revenue through prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing deals with potential clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
    • Qualify leads and develop a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
    • Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
    • Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities

    Requirements:

    SHEQ Intern

    Job Description

    • A SHEQ intern supports the implementation and maintenance of SHEQ systems within an organization. The role ensures compliance with safety, health, environmental, legal, quality standards (ISO 9001) and ZF Group standards by managing documentation, monitoring processes, and assisting with audits and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities and Tasks

    Document Control & Data Management

    • Maintain SHEQ registers (PPE, trainings).
    • File, index, and archive SHEQ documentation properly.

    Compliance & Monitoring

    • Assist in maintenance SHEQ management systems (ISO 9001).
    • Monitor operational areas for compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

    Risk Assessment & Safety Support

    • Support risk assessments and site inspections.
    • Ensure safety alerts and bulletins are communicated across the organization.

    Training & Awareness

    • Assist in organizing SHEQ training programs and maintaining training registers.
    • Promote awareness of SHEQ objectives and standards among staff.

    Reporting

    • Report unsafe acts/conditions and come up with solutions to solve them.

    Incident & Non-Conformance Management

    • Support on incident reporting
    • Support on retrieving A3 problem solving reports from stakeholders.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Matric (Grade 12) and a safety/administration-related certification.
    • Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
    • Strong organizational and data management skills.
    • Computer literacy.

    Warehouse Assistant

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities and Tasks

    • Receive stock from suppliers on ERP
    • Bin stock received on shelf
    • Pick stock on shelf for customer orders
    • Perform cycle counts of stock
    • Analyze warehouse performance data
    • Produce warehouse KPI reports
    • Communicate with over-the-counter customers
    • Identify customer requested part numbers using existing system
    • Place customer orders on the system
    • Provide feedback to customer about the status of their orders
    • Answer customer calls and emails and provide requested information
    • Process import shipments from suppliers overseas on ERP
    • Work with freight forwarders to ship air and sea freights from overseas suppliers
    • Create purchase orders for direct and indirect materials
    • Follow up on delivery of purchase orders placed with suppliers
    • Identify customer requested part numbers using existing system
    • Place customer orders on the system
    • Provide feedback to customer about the status of their orders

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Matric (post matric qualification will be an added advantage).
    • Must be well spoken and able to speak with customers (English)
    • Good numerical ability
    • Computer literate
    • Physically capable of picking stock
    • Interest in warehousing/ shipping/ logistics
    • Confident and professional when dealing with people

    Technical Support Intern

    Job Description

    • The Technical Support intern supports Network Management as well as any OEM and Workshop activities, when required.

    Key Responsibilities and Tasks

    CV Product Knowledge

    • Gain knowledge on the most relevant transmissions (Traxon and Ecolife)

    Documentation

    • Assist in developing repair level 1, 2 and 3 special tooling requirements for partners.

    Support

    • Assist with Customer/OEM Support.
    • Report writing.
    • Assist with following up on Purchase orders and admin.

    Training

    • Assist in organizing training days.
    • Assist in collecting and collating training material.

    Network Management support

    • Support with keeping Sales Force up to date with customer information.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum N4 qualification.
    • Strong technical acumen, with special interest in Commercial vehicles.
    • Strong organizational and data management skills.
    • Computer literacy. (Excel & Word)
    • French speaking would be advantageous
