    Administration Support

    Position Overview:

    • To co-ordinate the functioning of the eNatis system within the Motor Division and provide general administrative support to entire Motor and Marine team.

    Job Description:

    eNatis

    • Introducing stock upon arrival
    • Dealer stock and release units upon invoicing.

    SAMAR

    • Introducing and dealer stock upon sale
    • Handle SAMAR titling for private customers, including issuing invoices for the services provided.

    Administration

    Junior Data Analyst

    Position Overview:

    • To support business operations through the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, administration of the Syspro ERP system, and the provision of IT support services. This role ensures data-driven insights are delivered to various departments, business systems are optimally configured and maintained, and users receive timely IT support, including for Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms.

    Job Description:

    Power BI Development

    • Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
    • Collaborate with business users to define reporting needs and KPIs.

    Data Management (incl. MRP Data)

    Job Description:
    To be responsible and accountable for maintaining an allocated Debtors book:

    • Controls Dealer credit activities to minimise exposure to losses and maximise collections.
    • Continuous assessment of potential bad debts for review.

    Customer Experience Reception

    Budgeting & Forecasting

    • Support stock budgeting, forecasting, and alignment with sales demand and dealer requirements.

    Sales & Dealer Support
