Tax Compliance Associate

About the job

Key Performance Areas:
- Data Processing, Capturing and Managing of processes
- Submission of supporting documents via Efiling
- Following up of refunds and other queries from SARS
- Tax and other business registrations
- Handling, sorting, coding and distribution of incoming tax mail
- Support to co-workers in tax division
- Liaising with SARS
- Managing work-in-progress and issuing of invoices
- Other related tax administration
- Secretarial assistance
- Updating of Greatsoft tax system
Qualification / Education:
- Minimum Matric with Maths / Accounting
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years tax administration experience will be beneficial
Key Competencies:
- Computer Literate
- Accurate and organised
- Figure -orientated
- Good communication and human relation skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Fully bilingual (Afr & Eng)
