    Telesales Agent (Insurance) Mr Price Money

    Job Description

    • The Telesales Agent will engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell a range of insurance products. 
    • This role involves understanding customer needs, explaining policy features, and guiding customers through the purchasing process to ensure they select the best insurance solutions for their requirements. 
    • The agent will also handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

    Responsibilities

    • Direct Sales:
    • Contact prospective customers to present information and explain available products.
    • Delivered prepared sales talks, reading from a script that describes products, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product. Explain products and prices, and answer questions from customers.
    • Ensure FAIS and FICA standards are adhered to when dealing with customer calls and correspondence. Update customer details and communication on the customer debtor system (CDS). Ensure the quality of calls is in line with service level agreements (SLAs).

    • Accurately updating customers' personal, employment and contact details to ensure right party contact.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
    • At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales environment, with a focus on selling life insurance policies.
    • RE5 and FAIS certifications is a strong advantage.
    • Solid understanding of FSB compliance, including the Code of Conduct and relevant legislation such as the NCA and POPI Act

    Job Description

    • We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator who will work within our Shared Services team. The overall purpose of this role is to manage Insurance claims for divisions and the administration/reconciliation of Credit Cards, Fuel Cards and Motor Vehicles within this area of the group.

    Responsibilities

    Transformation Manager Mr Price Group

    Job Description

    • This role is responsible for enabling and managing the coordination and alignment of DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) initiatives that strive to achieve meaningful transformation beyond mere legislative compliance. These initiatives are carefully aligned with the Group's People & Organizational Effectiveness (OE) strategy, ensuring a holistic and impactful approach to fostering an inclusive environment. This role is also dedicated to creating awareness through various channels, bringing important DEIB conversations to the forefront. Additionally, it involves project management and facilitating the effective implementation of action plans to bring these initiatives to life.

    Responsibilities

    Transformation, Strategy and Implementation

    • In partnership with Group Exco, review and update company Transformation Strategy to include relevant progress within company and ensure the strategy remains relevant and aligned to the OE strategy.
    • Develop clear and realistic implementation plans aligned to the Transformation Strategy.
    • Work with relevant stakeholders to implement plans and initiatives leading to transformation aligned with the strategy.
    • Anticipate major roadblocks to achieving transformation goals and prepare possible measures to counter them.
    • Guide the successful implementation of B-BBEE projects as relevant to the Transformation strategy
    • Research and maintain best practice DEIB principles & frameworks aligned to strategy    

    Reporting

    • Report on implementation of DEIB initiatives
    • Create a dashboard of relevant metrics, to track impact of various initiatives on talent management efforts & transformation in the Group.    

    Employment, Training and Succession Planning                                                                                                                                                                           

    • Support the identification and review of successors to ensure alignment with the Transformation Strategy.
    • Contribute to regular updates to succession plans with a focus on alignment with Transformation Strategy.
    • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to ensure recruitment strategies attract candidates that help company achieve its Transformation strategy.
    • Partner with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure adequate training programmes and initiatives are available to support potential successors and all other associates.
    • Support new business development initiatives with transformation and/or succession strategies, both internally and for any other involved stakeholder.
    • Identify internal and external work assignments for further learning when applicable.

    • Liaise with external consultants.
    • Build strategic relationships with relevant stakeholders, including developing relationships with Black Business groups to identify potential new equity suppliers to company.
