Job Description

• We are seeking a talented Mid Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret briefs and create compelling designs for both print and digital media, aligning with our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Design
• Translate briefs and strategic requirements into compelling creative solutions.                                                           
• Create mock-ups that show clear execution of design ideas.
• Work with a Copywriter to generate ideas. 
• Work with Video team to generate video and online/social ideas.
• Design for print, digital and social platforms as well as events, activations and across design platforms.
•  Prepare final artwork and liaise with the Reproduction department on quality control and Brand specs. 
• Assist Art Direction Lead and Senior Designers with campaign rollout.
•  Potential assistance on photoshoots from time to time if required.
• Continuous brainstorming and proactive research into design methodology and application.
• Team player, getting involved in all levels of work. 
• Presentations / Meetings
• Compile presentations that clearly interpret your intentions and creative ideas.
• Presentation skills to communicate creative work to Brand teams and key stakeholders. 
• Attend and participate in concept and production meetings.

• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to assist others with workload when needed.
• Collaboration of ideas with other team members.                                                                                                           
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

• Attend and assist on shoots relevant to specific campaigns if required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in an agency or similar fast pasted environment 
• A degree / diploma in design 
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Portfolio of own creative work 

Experience with: 

• Print design; web/digital/social/interactive design; creative developmental process; 
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; AfterEffects); Figma knowledge advantageous; 
• insight into current design trends; brand awareness; communication skills; multitasking and prioritizing workload.
