    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Minimum Requirements:

    Education and Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, management consulting, business operations, strategy, or a high-impact role within a complex organisation
    • Proven success in supporting senior executives or leading large-scale, cross-functional projects
    • Experience in a membership-based, commercial, or corporate environment is advantageous.

    • Demonstrated ability to think commercially and strategically, with a holistic understanding of business dynamics
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and propose forward-looking solutions
