    • Actively expedite primary loads based on exception and priority using the Fleetview Module, YardLink and Flightboards to comply with plan        
    • Link loads, in Fleetview, manually which are not tracked.        
    • React to events in the Fleetview module        
    • Actively anticipate deviations from plan and resolve/ replan actively minimizing cost and delays.        
    • Ensure pro-active engagement with Hauliers/Site Management /Yard Management on planned deliveries, on-time collections, on time deliveries, slot time verification        
    • Escalate timeously and appropriately if any issues arise        
    • Communicate any deviations on slot time bookings for collection and delivery        
    • Confirm delivery of the load at end destination

    • Communicate amended/cancelled loads to SCP planners/yard controllers and hauliers
