    Job Description

    Talent Sourcing             

    • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals and external sourcing such as road shows, flyers, universities etc…

    Job Advertising             

    • Create compelling job adverts that align with the company’s branding and attract qualified candidates.

    Candidate Screening 

    • Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.

    Interview Coordination            

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth process for candidates.

    Candidate Experience              

    • Maintain positive candidate relationships and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process.

    Database Management            

    • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.

    Reporting         

    • Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source effectiveness, to improve processes.

    Employer Branding     

    • Promote the employer brand through innovative strategies and engaging with online communities.

    Compliance    

    • Ensure recruitment practices adhere to South African labour laws and company’s internal policies.

    Qualifications

    Education         

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

    Experience      

    • Minimum of 3 years in a recruitment role, preferably in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.

    Knowledge       

    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and South African labor regulations.

    Certifications 

    • Recruitment certifications (e.g., APSO membership) are a plus.

    HR Manager

    Job Description

    HR Strategy Development      

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with PPG’s business objectives and growth plans.

    Talent Acquisition        

    • Oversee recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

    Employee Relations   

    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

    Performance Management     

    • Design and manage performance review systems to ensure employees meet their goals and contribute to company success.

    Training and Development      

    • Identify training needs, organize workshops, and support employee career development programs.

    Policy Development   

    • Create, update, and enforce HR policies, including PPG’s Working from Home policy and other compliance measures.

    Compliance and Reporting    

    • Ensure adherence to South African labour laws, including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, EE Act, and B-BBEE requirements.

    Payroll and Benefits Administration  

    • Collaborate with finance to manage payroll processes and employee benefits.

    Employee Engagement             

    • Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.

    Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion           

    • Promote an inclusive work environment and drive diversity programs aligned with PPG’s values.

    Industrial Relations    

    • Knowledge in labour disputes at the CCMA
    • Handle grievances and disciplinary procedures in compliance with company policies and South African labor laws.

    Qualifications

    Education         

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

    Professional Certifications    

    • HR certification (e.g., SABPP registration or equivalent) is an advantage.

    Experience      

    • Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.

    Knowledge       

    • In-depth understanding of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
