    Manager - Project.Strategy and Innovation (LDC)

    Responsibilities

    Task Complexity:

    • Manage the full project lifecycle for complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and delivery models (Agile, hybrid, or traditional).
    • Projects may include offshore teams, cross-functional dependencies, and high delivery risk.

    Task Complexity:

    Project Execution Planning:

    • Responsible for the execution planning in the region including the scheduling of project resources required to meet and exceed project targets

    General Manager - Big Data Consulting and DDO Strategy.Group Strategy and Transformation

    Responsibilities

    • Group DDO Blueprint Execution and Governance
    • Lead the rollout of the Group DDO blueprint across all MTN markets, supported by localized implementation plans tailored to each Opco
    • Operationalize blueprint principles, including data maturity advancement, monetization readiness, and AI adoption
