    Application Support Engineer - Western Cape

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Test and implement application solutions
    • Operational support including, amongst others, root cause analysis; management of incidents, problems, changes and service requests; and SLA achievement
    • Involvement with projects, where applicable
    • Technical solutions and/or configuration
    • Vendor liaison, where applicable
    • Technical advice provided to team members and juniors

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A relevant tertiary qualification
    • Experience with C# and associated development tools
    • Classic ASP and/or ASP.NET development experience

    DC Clerk - Time and Attendance - Midrand DC

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Data Capturing
    • Basic Clerical job 
    • Manage, achieve deadlines, and load supplier invoices on the Merchandise SharePoint portal for timeous supplier payments
    • Manage and plan day-to-day activities according to workloads
    • Maintain and ensure compliance with Best Operating Practices (BOP) & OHASA

    • Warehouse and Distribution Centre experience 
    • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (i.e. aggregation worksheet functions [SUM, AVERAGE, etc.] data sorting and filtering, formatting, processing).

    Laboratory Assistant

    Key responsibilities:

    • Textile testing, interpretation of test methods and the execution thereof.
    • Prepare textile samples for various tests, ensuring accurate labelling and documentation
    • Conduct physical and chemical tests on textiles in line with ISO testing procedures, including but not limited to tensile strength, colorfastness, abrasion resistance, and shrinkage within agreed SLA for all 3 categories (internal, external and commercial testing)
    • Data recording: Accurately record test results and observations our Laboratory Management System
    • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to standard operating procedures
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
    • Work closely with the laboratory team and other departments to support research projects and product development initiatives

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A National Senior certificate or equivalent
    • Experience in a textile testing laboratory will be advantageous

    Central & Procurement Buyer Store Development

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Compiling and running sourcing events of all centrally planned F&F components & relevant VM equipment for all TFG Group retail Brands store build/launch within development program related to financial year store Capex release.
    • Assist in forecasting and planning of centrally procured shop fitting & VM equipment supplied to store development Capex projects aligned to defined stock turn KPI’s.
    • Assist in forecasting & planning cycle both local & international subject to manufacture lead-times (e.g. Production sequencing, draw-off requirements, logistics, shipping, clearance, duties & last mile logistics to development site destination/DC storage).
    • Assist in management of stock book value, aging, obsolete risk and reporting to finance and auditing teams and all associated reporting. 
    • Management of multiple stock book plants and cross balancing to SAP values/trends & reconciliations (both SAP & Excel).
    • 3rd party suppliers: Sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, Management of supplier relationships, SLA fulfilment & production/manufacture quality assurance. 
    • Formalized contracts and SLA agreements with key 3 rd party suppliers secured.
    • Management of direct internal TFG team and external 3 rd party suppliers. Plus, oversight to TFG DC team allocated to shop fitting warehouse.
    • DC storage location associated to development held stock both TFG DC & 3rd party suppliers storage locations.
    • Leased storage m2 rentals negotiation and rental periods – within approved annualized cost centre budget, including approval of any cost recharge.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A relevant tertiary qualification.
    • 3+ years’ proven experience in sourcing and procurement.
    • 3+ years’ proven central planning experience.
    • Warehouse and distribution management.
    • SAP and COUPA systems knowledge.
