    JOB PURPOSE

    • To deliver accurate, reliable and well-documented data analytics that support risk assessments, control testing, investigations and internal audit activities across financial, IT, forensic, retail and distribution audits.

    JOB OBJECTIVES

    • Collaborate with audit teams to identify analytics opportunities, define data requirements, design tests and interpret results.
    • Extract, cleanse, transform and analyse data using SQL and approved analytics tools to support audit testing.
    • Assess data quality and investigate data issues before it is used for audit testing.
    • Design and execute analytics procedures, including reconciliations, trend analysis, exception reporting and full-population testing.
    • Analyse exceptions, identify trends and root causes, and highlight control weaknesses, fraud risks and operational inefficiencies.

    Minimum requirements

    EDUCATION

    • Postgraduate in Statistics (preferred), Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
    • Relevant data analytics, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Python, ACL certification would be advantageous.

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    • 2–5 years data analytics experience working with financial systems, internal audit, external audit or systems auditing; Big Four experience would be advantageous.
    • Practical experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office products, particularly advanced Excel.

    Store Manager -Sorbet Salon Vaal

    Guest Focus

    • Be able to demonstrate the “Sorbet Way” and instil this focus on your team, when dealing with our guests.
    • Resolve customer complaints within 24 hours.
    • Understand and be able to advise guests on all treatments in the menu.
    • Actively promote and up/cross sell treatments
    • Handle guest questions and concerns in a professional and accurate manner.
    • Answer calls in a friendly professional manner.
    • Ensure that the scheduler is well planned to accommodate guests as effective as possible.

    Citizen Focus

    • On-board new citizens in the store and mentor them on the Sorbet way (culture).
    • Host monthly talk shows with the citizens to focus on relevant issues (QAR Results, Sales Targets, Hygiene, Training, Culture and Service Focus).

    • Coordinate citizen training schedules and bookings

    • Manage spot checks on stock counts and inventory control (Daily in and Out Counts, weekly Full Inventory Check).
    • Manage stock receiving procedures as per Sorbet Franchise Systems Manual.
    • Responsible for checking that stock has been captured accurately on ESP by FDC’s.
    • Assist with administrative accurate invoice filing and controls.
    • Manage cash takings, check cash-ups for accuracy and ensure daily banking or twice a week banking – store dependant

    Reporting 

    • Submit talk show . team meeting agendas and feedback to relevant Area Manager
    • Submit sick leave tracking and all leave forms to area manager monthly in order to manage accurate payroll
    • Submit all relevant RS data to area managers monthly for accurate payroll.
    • Pulling of weekly sales figures to manage stores progress to monthly budget.

    Marketing

    • Communicate and ensure implementation of all national marketing and advertising campaigns at store level
    • Making sure citizens are aware of all campaigns
    • Collateral is displayed and implemented
    • Citizens are trained and able to sell / market the campaign.
