Purpose:

• The Clerk in the Logistics Department is primarily responsible for general logistics functions, such us correctly releasing stock to clients. At the front counter, the job purpose is providing excellent customer service, to greet customers and answer their questions in a friendly, conversational manner.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately check all stock received in the Logistics Department.
• Assist with offloading of courier deliveries, checking all boxes for damage and endorsing waybill accordingly.
• Accurate shelving of stock in the correct locations for collection or delivery.
• Complete the checking and shelving of stock within two hours from receipt.
• Ensuring that all stock is handled in the safest possible manner, to avoid any possible damage.
• Contacting all customers for uncollected stock on a weekly basis to cancel orders when necessary.
• Prepare goods for couriers and capture the waybill information in time for the daily collection.
• Assist sales staff with enquiries regarding progress of deliveries or collections.
• Maintain good housekeeping always.
• When necessary can be required to assist Drivers with deliveries.
• Assist clients with heavy goods.

Requirements

• Qualification and Experience:

Matric

• 2 years’ clerical/dispatch/stock control experience

Skills and Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of general administrative processes
• Good knowledge of stock control requirements
• Good knowledge of facility layout
• Excellent knowledge of applicable Mustek systems, processes and procedures

Purpose:

The Technician is responsible for servicing, testing and repairs of computer equipment. This could include PCs, Tablets, Notebooks, PSUs, UPSs, monitors, printers, cash registers and/or other related equipment and components depending on the requirements of the position.

Responsibilities:

• Complete optimum number of repairs per day according to the specific discipline, keep to a minimum of 4 per day.
• Complete work within the turnaround time of less than two days.
• Maintain work rate at above 90% of SLA.
• Maintaining a rework rate of below 3%.
• Follow the correct test process for international brands.
• Log test results on the server.
• Accept repairs on system immediately after removing the item from the customer store.
• Follow up with clients awaiting feedback and update the notes on system. Update the client on the job progress.
• Return 100% of test stock to service stores within 2 days from receipt.
• Complete applicable forms, such as fault reports, daily.
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner as representative of Mustek.
• Maintain a professional image with the necessary attention to being clean and neatly dressed.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
• Stay abreast of technological advancements pertaining to product range.
• Provide customer support, either via e-mail, telephonic or at the front desk.

Requirements
Qualification and Experience:

Matric

• CompTIA A+ 
• N+ (Preferred)
• 2 years’ experience as a technician
• Driver’s license (Preferred)

Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of ICT industry
• Product offering software and hardware technical knowledge
• Computer literacy especially in Microsoft applications skills
