Responsiblities:

• Prepare accurate product costings
• Calculate profitability per product based on actual and budgeted expenditure
• Prepare monthly and YTD profitability analysis reports per SKU, brand and customer
• Expiry risk provision calculation and slow moving stock analysis
• Run detailed stock reports and conduct analysis of stock
• Prepare monthly reporting on overall stock levels for   different categories of stock as well as variance reporting for stock adjustments
• Manage and reporting on Job Costing variances
• Support sales and marketing with the calculation of a recommended retail price point based on costing   structures
• Coordinate and capture Nautilus Pharma stock takes
• Assist with and resolve stock related queries
• Maintain monthly internal control file
• Maintain system records on Syspro
• Monitor individual performance and provide feedback and or on-the-job coaching when necessary
• Perform monthly reconciliations on GL accounts and post associated journals, when required
• Plan and allocate work effectively to ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor and maintain quality standards and productivity levels
• Provide direction and guidance as required

Requirements:

• B.Comm or relevant financial degree
• 3 years accounting experience with at least 1 year   exposure to costing in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Syspro.
• Computer Literacy.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Excellent organizing and executing skills.

Responsibilities: 

• Operate the tumblers and ensure lint free cloths are placed in the tumblers during the tumbling process, resetting the HMI to resume the cycle.
• Remove product from tumblers, drying trollies, decant into specified containers and label
• Verify product identification and batch numbers on tumblers and trolleys
• Wash capsules with solvents in a capsule washer as per schedule.
• Do pre-start-up checks on the Visual Inspection System including the metal detector tests.
• Continuously inspect all products in blue bins as per SOP before packing onto pallets
• Sort capsules manually on the sorting table to identify defective capsules according to SOP
• Record relevant data on MES according to SOP
• Dispose of rejected capsules according to SOP and track the weight of rejected capsules.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the department
• Inspect and clean all equipment in the Visual Inspection area, sorting area and ensure safety devices are working effectively.
• Label all containers and trollies to avoid cross contamination

Requirements: 

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Basic Computer literacy
• Previous sorting experience
• 1-year previous experience in a FMCG or pharmaceutical environment
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP
• Production documentation, reconciliation and processes.
