    Paid Search Specialist

    Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced digital Paid Media Specialist to drive innovative and highly effective digital marketing executions for our clients.
    • Devise and implement PPC strategies across a number of assigned client accounts and manage the campaigns in accordance with these strategies.
    • Manage the day to day activities of these accounts including technical changes, analyzing and drawing insight from third party analytics data and implementing innovative management techniques to maximize campaign performance (specifically responsible for assisting and achieving significant results and delivering best practice management techniques across assigned client campaigns)
    • Develop strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each of your clients.
    • Confidence to manage agency relationships with client service and drive increased performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Keep up to date with paid search advertising trends, techniques and industry related softwareImplement and manage paid search on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
    • Conduct detailed competitor research
    • Conduct extensive keyword research, analyse and test keyword performance across multiple channels with multiple campaigns
    • Set-up and run paid search campaigns including writing adverts, bid management, advert placement and ongoing optimisation across various channelsUtilise bid management tools and data modelling to maximise the effectiveness of PPC campaigns
    • Monitoring keyword bids and daily/monthly budget caps
    • Reporting on quality scores, impressions, click through rates and other account metrics
    • Keyword research
    • Collaborate with agency team to ensure all activity is complementary, e.g. landing page split testing, tweaking and optimisation to deliver best possible click through and conversion ratesConduct A/B testing to improve; landing pages, ad copy, keywords, bids
    • Optimise campaigns to improve client ROI.
    • Be able to create audiences and target them appropriately in relevant campaigns.
    • Have the ability to identify macro and micro conversions and create conversion tracking for those areas.
    • Have the ability to create campaigns on Search, GDN and YouTube.
    • Monitor campaign results, analyse key metrics, optimise click-through and conversion rates and create and review daily, weekly, monthly reports for clients
    • Build relationships with external representatives from Google, Facebook, etc.Provide recommendations on strategy execution, keyword opportunities, campaign structuring and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals
    • Participate in client monthly status meetings

    Qualifications

    • 3 - 4 years’ experience in a Search environment / Search Campaign Manager
    • Experience in managing big budget campaigns 1M+ a monthStrong grasp of numbers – analytically mindedPerformance driven / focusedAbility to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives
    • Ability to write comprehensive insights
    • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
    • A keen eye for detailStrong written and verbal communication
    • The ability to work well in a team as well as independently and responsibly
    • A passion for the online industry
    • A true paid search enthusiast!
    • Comfortable with data analysis and particularly strong on Excel

    Social specialist

    Overview

    • The functions of this role include working as a liaison that connects Publicis Groupe clients (across the Agency brands) with the Paid Media specialists.
    • The role can include client interaction and being the key operational point of contact for clients.  
    • There are finance related tasks as part of this role which include the submitting monthly billings if needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Effective resource management (capacity tracking and resource skills) and trafficking of the SEand Paid Media departments.
    • Work with client leads/agency strategists and manage the respective agency clients.
    • Manage and maintain capacity of SEstrategist. Manage their capacity, timesheet input and deadlines for work deliverables.
    • Creating scope of work documents for SEwith website audits and costing for these type projects
    • Anticipate potential capacity challenges on jobs and deadlines in a timeous manner and be proactive in facilitating smooth workflow and alternate solutions, when necessary.
    • Work closely with client leads/strategists.
    • Improve the operational systems, processes, and practices of the agency.
    • Manage digital campaigns (display, video, social, native, and programmatic) launches with Paid Media team.
    • Confirm briefs are completed properly and all relevant information is provided by the Agency (media schedule, content plan, and signed IO)
    • Brief Campaign Managers and ensuring work is executed in accordance with the media briefs and needed feedback on the media briefs is given.
    • Setting up weekly status sessions with the various agencies ttrack campaign performance – spend versus campaign budget.
    • Monitor performance and ensure Campaign Managers are aware of any issues on their campaigns.
    • Attend weekly internal and client status sessions.
    • Work closely with client leads/strategists tfacilitate work needed.
    • Building and Trafficking campaigns on Campaign Manager 360

    Programmatic Specialist

    Overview

    • The Programmatic will be responsible for the setup and execution of programmatic media campaigns for agency clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle daily campaign maintenance including questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns.
    • Work with agency partners to ensure creative assets are scheduled for delivery prior to campaign launch.
    • Trafficking of campaign tags into ad exchange environments.
    • Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation.
    • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns.
    • Work with the agency brand teams to present weekly and/or daily campaign QA reports to ensure accurate campaign results and trafficking routines.
    • Provide monthly auditing reports to agency partners and internal finance teams for invoicing when required.
    • Provide insight and guidance to members of the agency teams and provide thought leadership on topics relating to programmatic media.
    • Maintain and stay current of industry news and research.
    • Share and re-apply learning and knowledge at a local/regional level agency brand team.
    • Ensuring operational excellence through continuous refinement of best practices, tactics, and partners.
    • Able to train and educate agency teams on Programmatic offering.
    • Collaborate with Publicis Groupe practices such as Data Sciences and Performance teams to improve operational processes and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Full reporting responsibility and data analytics.
    • Create workflow and implication documents for major releases on the DSP platforms.
    • Working directly with agency leads and brand teams provide Programmatic expertise and support for their clients and internal agency brand teams.
    • Accompany agency teams to visit clients and provide programmatic training sessions directly with clients.

    Qualifications

    • Proven working experience of 5-7 years in programmatic.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills
    • Results-driven and proactive profile, with good interpersonal skills
