    Senior Account Manager

    Duties 

    Client Management: 

    • Assumes responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the account(s) – operationally, creatively, and financially and for inspiring the highest standards and ensuring quality agency output
    • Has a good understanding of the client's business and the key broader factors, challenges, and trends shaping their market and categories, leveraging these insights and knowledge to engage in broader business dialogues 
    • Writing inspiring and accurate briefs / debriefs and displaying a keen interest in the conceptualizing of the work and development of campaigns
    • Actively manages project/job timelines, client queries, expectations, and requirements and timeously red flags any challenges of delivery by monitoring progress on work outputs
    • Builds strong and enduring relationships with clients and making a positive impact on our business and theirs
    • Driving a culture of creativity and making an impact within the agency
    • Ensure that contact, status reports, marketing communication, etc are compiled and distributed timeously
    • Assisting seniors on the portfolio with assigned tasks and deliverables   

    Finance: 

    • Working understanding of client contract / retainer / in-scope / out-of-scope / WIP / forecasting of client billing / income budgets
    • Assists with timeous and accurate billing processes, ensuring that preparation and presentation of accounts are executed, invoices are checked against quotes and budgets, and all CEs / POs are billed timeously and before jobs are closed
    • Contributes to good financial management, growing projects, managing scope creep, and assisting with meeting overall profit margins and targets
    • Ensures timesheets are always up-to-date and accurate 

    Operations: 

    • Builds respect and loyal commitment of team members, other departments, and of the agency as a whole
    • Champion the agency’s philosophy of brilliant basics and imaginative provocation
    • Report to line manager on client health, financials, operational challenges and opportunities 
    • Contribute by effecting innovation that builds a positive agency culture and work environment through collaboration and knowledge sharing 

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Qualification in relevant field
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the marketing, advertising, digital, or communications industry
    • Must be an adrenaline junkie with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
    • Must possess a good understanding and experience in advertising, strategy, and production processes
    • Has a working knowledge of the ASA Advertising Code and Consumer Protection Act

    Senior Art Director

    Duties

    Creative Excellence

    • To act as directed by the CD/ECD/CCO as per the creative briefGenerate effective, innovative, and compelling creative concepts for individual ads or campaigns based on sound strategies.
    • Direct and produce effective, impactful, and compelling advertising that reflects insight into the task, the brand and the target market.
    • Craft and finish to the highest possible standard all artwork relating to a specific job or campaign.
    • Proactively identify creative trends and opportunities.
    • Assist with selecting voices, sound effects, music, and music composers that fit the project and the budget.

    • Technical skills include Design, Art Direction, Illustration, Rendering, Storyboarding, Retouching, and photo manipulation, understanding of web/online media, Photo Shoot direction, understanding of music, vocals and the TV Production process
    • A portfolio that reflects creative conceptual proficiencies.
    • Flair for art direction/design, broad, intrusive, creative, and original work
    • Ability to deliver creative work of distinction
    • Capability to take on campaigns with multi-element tasks that require a concept and a thought-through process
    • Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Video Editing, Flash, etc
    • Has achieved merit-worthy excellence by winning awards in their field of expertise

    Senior Copywriter

    Duties 

    Creative Excellence:

    • Drive the overall quality of the creative product whilst maintaining accountability to client objectives. 
    • Establishes a culture where powerful advertising combines with creativity and quality.
    • The Avatar through-the-line approach is supported by you and this sentiment is filtered down to junior staff. 
    • Ensure the quality of work is maintained/improved under your guidance. 
    • Creative work that is presented is fully thought-out solutions rather than options (including detailed thinking, budgets, and timings).
    • Produce TV ads that rank amongst the most liked ads in each emerging and developed market.

    Requirements

    • Tertiary qualification in Copywriting or English 
    • Courses in Copywriting 
    • Conceptual and exceptional writing ability  
    • A portfolio that reflects creative copywriting proficiencies  
    • Flair for writing imaginative, broad, intrusive, creative, and original work 
    • Ability to deliver creative work of distinction.
    • Capability to take on campaigns with multi-element tasks that require a concept and a thought-through process 
    • Finely honed copywriting skills and the latest techniques  
    • Is articulate.   
    • Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Video Editing  Flash etc 
    • 7+ years’ experience in the creative industry. 
    • Has achieved merit-worthy excellence by winning awards in their field of expertise and is recognized by industry peers as setting new industry standards.
