The vehicles produced here are mainly sold in South Africa, the States and in the right steering driving markets in Asia. The quality of the products and performance speaks for itself. More than 30% of the manufacturing volume is exported.

Key Performance Areas:

• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
• Responsible for material handling equipment in Area of Responsibility
• Responsible for cycle counts and accurate stock records in SAP system
• Ensure proper Housekeeping in areas of responsibility
• Responsible for adherence to HSE regulations
• Assist in Stock taking etc
• Timely reporting of KPI’s
• Timely recording of SAP Bookings
• Supervise sub-ordinates
• Effective shop floor planning
• Co-ordinate despatch and receiving

Minimum Requirements

• NQF Level 4
• Certificate for warehousing, stock keeping and material handling
• Minimum 5 years warehousing experience within the automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Performance Areas:

• Assist in supervise team members
• Assist in maintaining of equipment to company standards
• Assist in maintaining Part Quality as per customer specification.
• Assist with effective shop floor planning
• Assist to ensure Production targets are met.

Minimum Requirements

• NQF Level 3 / Grade 12/ Training in Basic Robotics
• Minimum 3-years assembly experience in the automotive manufacturing environment
• Minimum 1 year experience as Quality inspector within an automotive environment
• Essential working knowledge
• Basic robot operating skills
• Production and Shop floor planning
• Part quality standards and knowledge of quality systems
• RCA and problem-solving skills
• Basic tool making skills

Key Performance Areas:

• Co-ordinate line functions and ensure that production targets are met
• Ensure adequate resources are available
• Manage performance and development of sub-ordinates according to company procedures, works instructions and relevant legislation.

Minimum Requirements

• NQF Level 5 Qualified Artisan / National Diploma in Production Management
• Minimum 5-years press shop experience in supervisory capacity
• Extensive technical background
• Quality specification and systems
