    Marketing Manager - Johannesburg

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the marketing team, consisting of a Web Designer, Graphic Designer, and Multimedia Content Creator, to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
    • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, email marketing, SEO strategies, and content marketing.
    • Manage advertising and promotional campaigns in coordination with external agencies.
    • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Plan and manage marketing budgets to optimise return on investment.
    • Coordinate with the Sales, Technical and Procurement Departments to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.
    • Organise and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
    • Prepare marketing reports, track performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior management.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Diploma in Graphic Designing and Web Designing.
    • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a product-based or distribution environment.
    • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in managing digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media advertising, etc.).
    • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
    • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, with a track record of delivering results within deadlines.
    • Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing a team of marketing professionals, with strong people management skills.

    Web Designer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and maintain the company website, ensuring it is visually appealing, functional, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
    • Develop landing pages, banners, and web elements that align with the brand’s visual identity and objectives.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to support online marketing campaigns, including email templates, web graphics, and social media assets.
    • Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and fully responsive across devices.
    • Monitor website traffic, identify performance issues, and implement improvements to boost usability and conversions.
    • Conduct user research and apply UX/UI best practices to enhance user experience.
    • Creating, designing, and maintaining an e-commerce website.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualise and Create Designs: Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for various print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, and catalogues.
    • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all print and digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
