    FM: Procurement Administrator X2

    Key Responsibility Areas 

    • Coordination of Facilities Management & Physical security Procurement. 
    • Collating data relating to Facilities Management & Physical Security procurement requirements. 
    • Ensure Maintenance of the stock control system & Monthly Variance report. 
    • Administrative duties. 
    • Problem and incident management. 

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • Minimum: Grade 12 (NQF level 4) plus a relevant recognised course (shorter than a year at NQF level 4-certificate of competence) –depending on operational requirements

    Managing Director (MD)

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

    • A minimum (NQF Level 8) qualification or relevant Qualification in Business Management, ICT Related Engineering including Electrical Engineering, ICT/IT, or related field. All qualifications obtained outsider of South Africa must be SAQA accredited at the behest and expense of the candidate.
    • Master’s degree (NQF Level 9) in Business or areas above will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience at a Senior Management level, of which five (5) years should be on Executive Management level with experience of dealing with the Board of Directors or equivalent structure of governance.
    • Experience in the development and implementation of organisational turnaround- plans will be a distinct advantage.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Oversee and input into strategic corporate risks and mitigating strategies and oversee successful implementation thereof.
    • Monitor changes within the statutory provisions and national standards to ensure strategic organizational legal and regulatory compliance.
    • Direct the necessary activities to ensure compliance with corporate governance – PFMA, King IIII and other legislative provision.
    • Accountability for all board contact and all fiduciary duties and responsibilities.

    • Executive performance reviews in accordance with policies and procedures and take corrective actions where necessary.
    • Ensure that an Executive succession plan is implemented.
    • Build a pro-active environment where the Executive team can take responsibility for results.
    • Manage strategic Human Resources in accordance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
    • Ensure that Employment Equity targets are set and achieved.
    • Ensure identification of critical skills essential for the sustainability of service delivery and the development of succession plans.
    • Give feedback to relevant stakeholders on bargaining councils, employee management headcount related issues, legislature around people management-related requirements, consequence management, feedback to labour the ministry, legislature, to relevant structures of government around the restructuring of the organisation and its impact on government.

    End User Computing Technician

    Key Responsibility Areas 

    • Provide first and second level LAN & desktop support. 
    • Install and configure new IT equipment. 
    • Implementation, customisation and maintenance of the remote software deployment. 
    • Provide support to the enterprise’s local IT and software resources. 
    • Provide LAN & desktop advisory services to clients. 

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • Minimum: Grade 12 PLUS National Higher Certificate in IT (NQF Level 5) with A+/N+ either as a subject of the Certificate OR as a separate certification (expiry irrelevant). 
    • Experience: At least one-year corporate experience in the Service Management / End User Support Environment, OR Call Centre Agent experience with 1 – 2 years relevant experience in the End User Computing services and related LAN Infrastructures Services. Maintenance and support service of the End User Computing Services relating to all LAN Infrastructure Services such as servers, desktops, LAN cabling, switches and other LAN peripherals. Maintenance and support to ensure the availability of the services according to prescribed procedures, policies, standards and SLA’s. Ensure the resolution of hardware and software service requests, incidents and problem within End User Computing and all related LAN infrastructure.

    Advance: Software Developer

    Key Responsibility Areas 

    • Lead the development of functional requirements that articulate clear and concise project deliverables that are compatible with user expectations 
    • Deliver feasibility and cost-benefit analysis, including choice of application architecture to enhance the overall application development process 
    • Lead, and execute complex software development and customization projects spanning multiple environments to ensure that it is successfully delivered 
    • Lead and develop/ customize complex applications services solutions by studying information needs; consulting with clients, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle using SITAs software development stack/ development framework. 
    • Lead and execute maintenance of integrated IT software components using SITAs software development stack/ development framework 
    • Ensure execution of and participate in comprehensive test activities to test program functionality for new and existing applications in compliance with SITA test methods and testing techniques using SITA approved testing tools 
    • Lead, manage and execute packaging and releasing of integrated IT software components in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for Government
    • Evaluate existing applications responsible for and understand how to modernize. 

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • Required Qualification: minimum 3 – 4-year National Higher Diploma / National Degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science /Information Technology or relevant qualification equivalent to NQF Level 6. Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science /Information Technology or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 OR 8 Will be an added advantage. A post graduate qualification OR Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science /Information Technology or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 OR 8 Will be an added advantage.  
    • Certification: Vendor certification for applications will be an added advantage.  
    • Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in the application/systems development, implementation and maintenance/enhancements of integrated solutions across multiple hardware and software platforms with senior operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organization, with minimum of 10 years as Senior Software Developer including: Extensive experience in Mainframe, COBOL IMS, Assembler programming and related software development. Extensive experience within Applications Technical solution design in multiple business domains. Extensive Experience in integration. Extensive experience in CA Harvest, Endevor, Dumpmaster, SmartTest. The following experience will be an added advantage Experience in DevOps and Agile Methodologies Experience in applications modernization.

    Solution Architect

    Key Responsibility Areas 

    • Support lines of business in developing and implementing solutions strategies and roadmaps to ensure a comprehensive and integrated government ICT ecosystem. 
    • Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of governance and monitor the adherence thereto to deliver quality products in a controlled environment. 
    • Create contextual, conceptual, logical and physical Solution Architecture and direct and quality assure solution and software development; and

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • Minimum: 3-year National Diploma/bachelor’s degree in an ICT-related field. 
    • Experience: 6 - 7 years’ experience in the ICT field, including solution analysis, development and architecture with leadership, general management, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organization including 4 years’ experience in solution analysis, development and architecture for the development, implementation and maintenance/enhancements of ICT systems within the corporate/public sector, including: Strategic thinking and leadership abilities; Successfully developed and implemented applications; Demonstrated project management competency and the execution of multiple projects, including managing resources across multiple projects; and Developed efficient and effective IT solutions to diverse and complex business problems 3 years’ experience in solution design and modelling including Solution design translating business requirements into proposed solutions within both the existing and planned future ICT landscape, Conceptual solution models; Logical solution models; Physical solution models; and Solution architecture documentation describing the design and models.

    Specialist: EUC Switch and WI-FI LAN Engineer X3

    Key Responsibility Areas 

    • Infrastructure Management 
    • Maintenance of Network Devices. 
    • Provide user support and attend to logged incidents  

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • Minimum: 3 years Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT / NQF level 6. 
    • Relevant ICT related certifications (CCNA Routing and Switching, CCNA Wireless, HCNA or HWNA). Relevant ICT related certifications (ITIL, CCNP or HCNP) will be an added advantage.

    Consultant Client Relationship Management

    Key Responsibility Areas 

    • Drive portfolio of customers in the assigned cluster to determine and assess existing customers’ needs with the desired ICT requirements profile per cluster customer to provide effective solution approach to deliver within existing contractual constraints policies and SITA commercial service catalogue. 
    • In collaboration with service owners, including senior management and key stakeholders, drive the implementation of targeted digital products and solutions for each cluster customer 
    • Build, manage and maintain strategic relationships with Government Departments (i.e. SITA service owners) to continuously sustain the SITA business 
    • Perform analysis on cluster needs and requirements in collaboration with Business Development team and other internal and external key stakeholders 
    • Perform SLA management, monitoring and review 
    • Provide management support and ensure implementation, adherence and compliance to the Engagement management methodologies and regulations 
    • Manage, coordinate, analyse and identify the risks to minimise the service gaps and with the aim of achieving the agreed service levels 
    • Provide inputs into the budgeting process and plan and drive the achievement of the targeted revenue as well as monitoring/controlling the budget to ensure that the expenditure is within the approved Budget.  

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • Required Qualification: National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science OR bachelor’s degree in commerce or marketing or business administration or economics / BTech (at least NQF 6). SITA to identify and invest in Sales Certifications. 
    • Experience: 6 - 7 years working sales and IT experience in the engagement management/ relationship management and/or project management at a Senior Management level of managing Sales. The incumbent will be required to consult and interact with relevant Government Officials, GITOC Bodies, Government Governance bodies, industry partner, standards generating bodies, accreditation and certification bodies at a senior management and executive level. The incumbent will be required to participate and provide input in implementation of Customer related strategies, SITA Sales Methodology and Sales Process. Must have strong sales and business management skills.
