    YC: Aftermarket Administrative Coordinator

    Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Manage and organize administrative tasks related to the aftermarket environment.
    • Support regional managers operations by coordinating schedules, documentation, and communication.
    • Maintain and update records, databases, and inventory systems.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
    • Assist in the implementation of new processes and technologies to improve efficiency.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in an administrative role within the automotive industry, preferably in an aftermarket environment.
    • Language: Ability to speak, read, and write in English fluently (essential).
    • Minimum Requirement: Matric

    YC: HR and Training Administrator

    Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Organize and maintain personnel records
    • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
    • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides  
    • Assist with preparing slide deck for onboarding of new employees
    • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
    • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
    • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
    • Participate in HR projects and HR Events arrangements (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
    • Support internal Training department with administration and training arrangements.

    Minimum qualifications

    • Human Resources Diploma
    • Previous work experience in HR and Training environment will be advantageous 
    • Ability to speak, read and write in English 
    • Good communication skills
    • Strong team player
    • Attitude to learn
