    Sales Support Consultant - Modderfontein

    Description

    Administrative Support Duties:

    • Act on instruction from the MFS salesperson to prepare contracts in line with the requirements outlined in the approval.
    • Prepare securities as outlined in the MFS approval.
    • Forward contracts and securities plus delivery note to MFS salesperson who will obtain signature.
    • Monitor receipt of all relevant documents pertaining to items dispatched as outlined above in order to effect payout.
    • Ensure payout of the transaction is achieved within the shortest possible time and in line with SLA.
    • Once deal is created on the system, check that tenure, date of 1st payment and that the debit order is loaded as intended.
    • Attend to corrections should anomalies exist.

    General:

    • Any other duties that Management may deem appropriate to apportion to this job function from time to time.
    • Note that Saturday work may be required where months end bottlenecks occur or where there is pressure to conclude a large transaction.
    • The job specification contains a full support function of the sales team and the business.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Matric or post matric qualification.

    Skills:

    • Strong understanding of Absa systems and processes.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience in the financial services industry.
    • Knowledge of MFS products and services.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Experience:

    • 2-3 years of experience in a sales support role.

    Description

    • Collect and analyse data on payroll outputs, surveys, employment records & exit interviews
    • Implement relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce
    • Analyse data & statistics for trends with regards to recruitment practices from Direct Hire
    • Investigate turnover and compliance with employment laws
    • Optimize and implement new data processes and systems from Web ss, SAP HR and Direct Hire
    • Utilise advanced data analytics and techniques to analyse data, assess data validity and usability

    Description

    • Design compensation packages that align with the company’s strategic plan
    • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation
    • Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data)
    • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
    • Renew compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field
    • Certified Sage 300 People Implementation Specialist( Advantageous)
