    Senior Admin Clerk (Equipment) (Wesselsbron)

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • The effective and accurate administration of the Parts, Whole goods and Workshop departments.
    • Branch to ensure efficiency of department.
    • Responsible for administration during receiving process 
    • Receive ordered stock from vendor and or third party.
    • Check stock delivered against waybill. Ensure that the quantity and quality are correct.
    • Report deviance or breakages on waybill according to internal procedure.
    • Confirm stock received by stamping and signing the delivery note.
    • Gather John Deere and other suppliers invoices electronically for receiving process.
    • Link invoices with delivery notes and Equip orders.
    • Responsible for the administration reporting function
    • Responsible for general administration 
    • Generate reports for stock taking.
    • Assist in quarterly stock taking.
    • Capture count sheets on system.

    Requirements

    • At least 5 years relevant administrative experience
    • Technical knowledge of equipment and machinery.
    • National Senior Certificate

    Marketer: Animal Feed and Animal Care (Vryburg)

    Responsibilities:

    Protect and Grow Market Share

    • Compile the marketing plan. 
    • Conduct market research and gather market intelligence.
    • Analyse current market share.       

    Nurture Relationships with all Stakeholders

    • Ensure excellent relations between suppliers, Hinterland managers and credit managers.
    • Act as liaise with Hinterland and Credit managers on a continuous basis.
    • Communicate discounts and price structures and review, when necessary, with Category lead: Animal Care.

    Market the Competitive Products and Service Offering

    • Ensure added value and improve comfortable access to services and products.

    Compile and Monitor Financial Targets

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural science or equivalent tertiary qualification
    • Knowledge of livestock farming, or animal feed / animal care product sales.
    • 5 years relevant experience in Agri retail sales; marketing; animal feed or animal care and relationship management.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

    • Establish and maintain good relations with customers and suppliers.
    • Process, handle, record and report specific customer needs.

    • Candidates with a quantitative mathematical background will receive preference.

    Energy Efficiency:

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (BEng).
    • At least 2 - 5 years’ experience at a consulting firm and/ or industrial environment or 2 - 5 years’ experience in the energy and industrial automation environment.
